“We have been going to Southpaw for about two years now and Dr. Rottenberk is always great and very caring. they have been everything, warm and friendly each time we have gone or called for help. The doctor even calling back with answers to questions. Most recently this year I had to lay to rest my 19 1/2 year old Chihuahua and as heartbreaking as it was, the office and Dr. Cruz, who stepped in for my main Doctor Who was out of office, were the most sympathetic and amazing staff anyone could've asked for that sad day. They were extremely comforting and well aware why we had to come in that day and we're very accommodating in the whole process as heartbreaking as it was they made the process simple and quick while being supportive. Thank you again to your amazing team, receiving the sympathy card in the mail for the passing of my little dog, and not only the paw prints but adding his little snout print, Touched my heart and in some many ways you can't imagine. Thank you Southpaw team.”

“I can't say enough glowing things about the staff here. I had to put my fur baby down and they were amazing at such an emotional time . They are a 24 hour vet. But their prices were reasonable. So many places will charge you an arm and a leg because they know you don't have a choice. That is not the case here. They are compassionate. They have so many specialist on staff . I highly highly recommend them if you are in a time of need.”

“I called Gulf Coast when my dog, Jackson was having an emergency and my typical vet couldn't take us. Gulf Coast took us right away and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the girls at the front desk were so welcoming and the technician that helped us was so sweet and caring towards my pup and I. Then we met Dr. Hamilton. Jackson is almost 14 years old and I have NEVER met a vet like Dr. Hamilton. He was the kindest person and took so much care in examining Jackson and learning about his medical history. I will never forget the concern he had for Jackson's current condition and providing explanations and details in ways for me to understand. I was very overwhelmed with the level of care Dr. Hamilton and the staff provided us and we will absolutely, without a second thought, be using this veterinarian office moving forward. I am so thankful to have found them!”

“Nice clinic and staff/doctor. The facility does need a professional deep cleaning, followed by daily cleaning. Floors very dirty. I'd be reluctant to have my cat get surgery there. I will revisit prior to another visit to be sure this issue is resolved. Thank you.....”
“I had a very bad experience with the Vet and the staff at Harmony. They left my dog with 40 stitches in his back and the Vet emailed me to say that since I gave them a 1 star review that I should go find another vet. Luckily my coworker suggested this vet and so far I am extremely happy. Dr. Sorsok has been very attentive. I have been in the office twice already and he has come out to speak to me directly. The 2 girls I have spoken with at the reception desk have been very nice and helpful. Dr. Sorsok has reassured me that taking out the stitches should be no problem, but he did give me some meds to make him a little drowsy so that he wouldn't be so anxious. I think this is going to be my permanent Vet. from now on! Thank you Dr. Sorsok and staff!!”
“Everyone at Westchase was absolutely fantastic to say the least. They spent 2 hours with us and our pup diagnosing her issue after another vet had given us the scare of our lives. “Dr. Jordan was everything you could hope for in a veterinarian. She took great care of my kitten. I had requested an appointment for next day as my kitten was just spayed and wasn't eating, was withdrawn, and shaking a few days later. I got a call asking if I could come in day of, even though it was right before closing. Dr. Jordan wanted to be extra safe and see her as quickly as possible due to the complications that can arise from an open abdominal surgery. Dr. Jordan made sure to walk me through all the testing they would do, along with my kitten's treatment plan. I really could feel how much she cares about her little patients, it's not just a job to her. I'm thrilled with the practice and have found my new vet practice!”

“I can’t speak highly enough about my experience today. My cat Lily is 10, almost 11 years old and doesn’t have a good track record with the vet. Today was my first time at Hughes animal clinic and I don’t think I will take my cat anywhere else again. The whole staff deeply cares about animals and the doctor was sharing how this is a fear free clinic and he has literally taken classes to help learn this method so the animals aren’t scared. My cats last trip to our prior vet, she was terrified. She had peed all over herself. She was hissing, biting, and scratching, and our prior vet just didn’t really seem to care that she was so uncomfortable and scared and was being a bit rough with her. I had given her some gabapentin before coming in today due to Dr. Hughes recommendation. Lily was so good with how she handled everything and the staff knew she didn’t handle the vet good in the past so, they gave her a warm towel with cat pheromones to keep her calm. While we were waiting to pay and she was back in her carrier, they put some cotton balls soaked in the pheromones in her carrier so she wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. I feel so relieved to know I finally found somewhere that cares deeply about the animals that come in!! Lily and I couldn’t be more grateful!❤️”

“I will never go to any other vet. Dr. Danielson is so knowledgeable and he and his staff have always been kind and understanding. Last year, my guinea pig started showing end of life symptoms because she was older in age. I called the office in a panic and they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Dr. Danielson made sure that my baby was comfortable and he took his time talking to me, reassuring me that I'd done everything that I could. My guinea pig passed away at home shortly after. The office called to check in and I let them know. A few days later, flowers arrived at my door and I received a card saying that a donation had been made in her honor. That meant the world to me. There are some people who think that a small animal means that the love is also small, but any good pet owner knows that that couldn't be further from the truth. The gesture from Dr. Danielson made me feel less alone in my grief and now, a year later, I still think about that kindness. This is an office full of animal lovers who display a kind of beside manner that can't be taught. They have been such a blessing. It doesn't get more compassionate or more professional than Dr. Danielson and his staff.”
