I wish I could give more stars. On Saturday, I had an eye emergency that needed immediate attention. I found this office and called the office line and chose the option for after hours emergency. Dr. Mertzlufft picked up the phone to my surprise since most after hours services you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I explained how much pain I was in and he was able to see me that morning. After my visit my eye felt so much better and I can’t thank him enough for relieving my severe eye pain. I had a follow up appt with him a couple days later and everything healed up just fine. If you find yourself in need an experienced, compassionate and professional Doctor then look no further! I’ve decided to use this office for even my routine eye exams and eye care. THANK YOU Dr. Mertzlufft and staff!

Our family has trusted Dr. Kelly Chambers, OD, with our eye care for over a decade, and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Chambers is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to make sure every concern is addressed. During my recent visit, she discovered some serious issues with my eye pressure and signs of glaucoma. Thanks to her thoroughness, I was quickly referred to a specialist. The entire staff at Family EyeCare is friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment from start to finish. The selection of glasses is also fantastic—it's so convenient to update both prescription glasses and sunglasses without having to go anywhere else. If you’re looking for top-notch eye care in Westchase, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy I found this eye doctor. They see the whole family including children. They have appointments on Saturdays which is super convenient. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely the best eye care I’ve ever had.

Doctor was knowledgeable and very nice to my 10 yrs old son. Clinic was nice and clean. My appointment was at 9.30 and they took me as soon as I got there. No waiting time. Highly recommend this place. Will be back for our next appointment
