“I wish everyone could experience the great customer service I received.For the past year, I have been in search of comfortable sneakers to alleviate the discomfort in my left foot resulting from a car accident.This runners depot was worth the drive to Fort Lauderdale. Marcus was amazing, he took his time to educate my partner and I with the different brands they carry. He also recommended a few things I should be doing to help relieve my pain. He thought outside the box and recommended a pair of sneakers that instantly relieved my pain (although the color choice is not my preference, I know comfort first lol) I went in for a pair of sneakers and we walked out with two pairs.I don’t hug strangers but Marcus got a hug lol the relief I felt is amazing. I get to go on my vacation with my family worry free, from walking with pain in my foot.Again, great customer service. We both appreciated your help and experience.”
