Absolute awful experience. First, they ship me the wrong wheel, then tell me that they can mail me a replacement EIGHT days from now, and REFUSED to even expedite shipping due to cost. Woman was rude on the phone and unhelpful. Will never do business with this rude and incompetent business again.

Very professional, efficient, and trustworthy.
These kind of places always make you feel like you're getting ripped off (especiallywhen you're a woman)- but not here! I'm so grateful to have found a spot that made sure I had a safe wheel on my car. Everyone was super welcoming and attentive. Extra thank you to Deverick for being so patient and helpful with me! Btw--They also do tires and alignments. I will be back!

I called the listed business number (9549640736). The guy answering said "how can I help you".. trying to verify I got the correct place I asked, "is this Hubcap Haven). He hang-up. I called two more times and no answer, it went to voicemail. If this is the correct numbe that rep was very disrespectful.. and if it's not the correct number, they need to update their Google search link with the correct number

I recently had work done at Hubcap Heaven, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. All four of my tires were bent from hitting potholes, and Doug and his team did an amazing job fixing them and performing an alignment. My car now drives perfectly, and I’m beyond satisfied with the service I received. The entire process was professional, efficient, and handled with great care. I highly recommend Hubcap Heaven to anyone in need of tire or wheel repair!

Amaizing service I got to the location at 5:30 by 5:45 I was already being taking care of vehicle being worked on and just waited 15 min and I was out by 6 unbelievable, great customer service Amaizing team 100% recommend them

On a Saturday in Fort Lauderdale heading back to Key West - found out our rims were shot... were referred to Hubcap Heaven - War (yes his real name) greeted us, and they worked hard to find a set of 20" alloy wheels... well they found some black ones, so now the Ol' Lincoln is murdered out!
Thanks to them we made it back to Key West in style.

This has been the best and most efficient car service I have had in South Florida. Every worker i spoke with was incredibly helpful and understanding. Amazing customer service, going as far as to help me transport parts from the shop back to my vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
