Do NOT go to this salon. I was charged $25 for a polish change on my hands. Ridiculous! The place was empty when I got there and looked cluttered and run down. That was a sign that something wasn't right. I used to go to this place years ago. Wow have things changed. I will never go back to this place, just like the many customers who clearly stopped going as well. Now I know why. Terrible business practices.

The young lady I think her name Elizabeth did my nails and feet was the best. My feet feel so soft. I got so much compliments. I went Friday at 2 pm. I will be returning and letting all my friends know about this salon.Services: Pedicure

The lady that did my nails was RUDE. I was a walk in and she had an appointment at 11 and didn't say anything. I got there around 10:30 am for a full set and pedicure. I had to wait a few minutes because she had somebody else in her chair. Then she said come on let me do your nails. While in the process of doing my nails her B 11 am appointment walks. She ask me can I wait "30 minutes" because her appointment is here. I said no I don't have 30 minutes to spare (which I really didn't). She got upset and then started tossing my hands after she finished them and speaking to me with an attitude because her appointment had to wait. On top of that the prices are high there. I should've listened when people said the employees there are rude. No worries though I'm not going back.

Found this place online and went because they had good reviews. $32 for a gel manicure-no massage just clipped cuticles and applied polish. Not friendly whatsoever and don't have an atm or credit card machine so you have to walk to get cash. I even called beforehand to make an appointment and they did not mention anything about not accepting cards. Fast forward...A day later all the polish is lifting and peeling. Wish I could give zero stars.

Horrible horrible horrible. customer service poor I literally went in there and showed her exactly what I wanted and she messed up my nails then she charge me $20 extra to remove the polish in to change the colors That she messed up on also had to wait at least an hour to get service I wouldn’t recommend ever and she’s the owner of the salon. If you’re thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and DON’T!This place has the WORST customer service. They lock you in when you arrive and they’ll have to buzz you out in order for you to leave. I guess they do this because they know they’re going to do a horrible job and force you to pay. I repeat, Do not ever in this lifetime or the next, go here to get your nails done.Service: Nail art
