The crooked tire shop doesn't stand by their word. They damaged the lugs on my tire, and I went to a mechanic they recommended to get it fixed. The mechanic charged $160, but now the tire shop refuses to cover the cost, despite the owner agreeing to pay it.

DO NOT GO HERE.These people are garbage to many reasons to list. they told me one price over the phone then when i arrived they charged more. they do not honor their word instead they argue. there is zero humility at this establishment. I recommend LMC TIRES 3 doors down on the corner..

This business is an amalgam of irresponsibility, carelessness, mediocrity, and incompetency. I took my car for a tire rotation on Monday 11. After an unbearable sound coming from underneath the car, I took it back on Wednesday 13 to find out about the origin of this noise. It turned out that these "technicians" had not secure the bolts in any of the tires. Not only I am lucky to be alive, but someone is lucky that a loose tire did not crush him/her. These idiots deserve to be working elsewhere but not here!

Spoke to the owner of the day before I came to make sure they had my tires when I arrived the next morning. Nobody knew anything and the owner wasn't there. I asked him to please have them call back when they knew something. Never got a call back and I'm glad I didn't because I found someplace else with much better service
