Absolutely outstanding experience - their selection of equipment (and quality of equipment), but what's more impressive is the level of knowledge their team brings to the table. I called with a few questions about our new equipment, and had what can only be described as one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had (I picked up a lot of useful ideas, use tips, etc. that I wasn't expecting). The bottom line for me is that I'm using this company as my exclusive vendor for this kind of thing moving forward - wish I had found them sooner!

The Customer service is amazing! Fed Ex lost our package but as soon as Monica found out what happend she took matters into her own hands and took care of everything from there, I didnt have to do much. We finally recieved the product and it was excellent.Thank you Monica!

The quality and customer service has blown me away. I received a beautiful and affordable interpreting headset within 5 days of ordering it. I emailed Monika asking if the headset came with a converter and she graciously explained to me that it was probably in the trash with the box. She returned my email with a phone call even though it was after hours and she took the time to find me another converter on Amazon to replace the one I threw out. Luckily I found the converter that came with the headset and I will definitely be purchasing any other interpreting equipment I may need in the future through Monika's business.
