After putting close to 250,000 miles on my Honda Element, the engine died. The dealership wanted about $7,000 to replace my car's engine with a donor engine (not a new engine), and I thought this was outrageous. I was distraught because I could not imagine not driving my Element. I LOVE MY CAR, and frankly, I cannot think of any other car I would like to drive, but I thought I was not going to have another choice because I could not justify paying $7,000 for a used engine. My friend, who saw how distraught I was, began Googling to look for a mechanic. He gave me 809 Auto Shop's number, and I called. James, a mechanic, picked up, and he told me not to give up because he would help me. He told me to drop off my car, and after an inspection, like the dealership he told me I would need a donor engine. Unlike the dealership, however, the price was only $2,500, which I could justify. I have several other good details to share, but I would make this review too long. Suffice it to say that Ralphie, the office manager, has great people skills, and he sees to it that you are satisfied. If there is a problem, he listens attentively and seeks to address it. I am so happy and grateful that I am still driving my Element. I will never step foot in the dealership again. Thank you James and Ralphie for keeping my car running! :0)

Horrible experience when my 82 year old mother went to pay the bill. She was charged an extra $86.67 for not paying cash (they called it a non cash charge) never seen that before. But they decided to charge an innocent little lady. That's just abusive. Just be careful with this people...

I would give 6 stars if I could! I had a broken side-view mirror on an old Acura, and no other place in the area---dealership or mechanic---was able or particularly interested to help. Ralphy immediately offered to hunt down the part and everything was fixed within 48 hours. Amazing service! Never taking my car to any other shop.Services: Tires

Amazing place! Extremely professional and customer oriented. Was generously helped by Ralfy?? Went in with my 2018 Acura TLX, They talked me through everything, and showed me everything that would be done to my car and my options. Great prices and TOP of the line work? Mentioned my wife's Van (Honda Odyssey) not having one of its brake lights functioning and they fixed it on the house!! Will definitely be coming back for ALL my Honda/Acura services.
