If you ask me, total thieves, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! We moved to Tallahassee and signed up. After 2 1/2 month of no service , we quit and went smoothly with metronet. Comcast charged us AFTER THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULDN'T a $220 early withdrawal. We said "look at the data, multiple phone calls, in house visits, and multiple digital maintenance it proved that we were not getting service and also the call log will prove that the charge was waived. But they didn't honor their word and said we quit after 30 days. I reminded them that you can only quit a service you are actually getting and that instead of telling me they couldn't help after 30 days they promised to fix it. By the way when I said no service, I mean no service. My daughter who is a free lance contractor lost business over this mess we HAD to leave. They are scammers I also had to pay because they refused to put the bill on hold during my appeal and told me it was sent to collectors. I didn't want my credit affected. In my mind the company is a den of thieves really do not use.

Absolute, worst service. I highly recommend finding a different provider. They sent us home with the gateway router, zero instructions, 3days later and many-many hours on the phone with foreign tech-support, it still does not work! $100+ for the technician to come out. We went back to the store to try and get help, no one will help, 20 people sitting around all waiting for assistance. Worthless service. Save yourself the headaches! Cheaper isn’t always better.

Service is getting spotty. Two outages in the last week, both during times when I am scheduled to work from home. Totally unable to reach a live person to trouble shoot outage. The app and customer service number just constantly tell me there is an outage, then after notifying me that service has been restored, it is not. I am instructed to restart modem with no effect, then referred to a link to trouble shoot with their computer assistant which will not load...it just constantly shows a message that states something went wrong and to refresh, which leads to another "oops something went wrong" message. When calling, I can not get past putting in my phone number which then tells me there is an outage in my area and please use their computer assistant (oops, something went wrong). After multiple attempts through their app, online, text, and phone assistance, I am now told the outage has returned to my area, the problem is not my router / modem. How am I supposed to use this service to work from home (night shift). The first outage of the week also happened in the evening with text promises of restoration, but service was not restored until 10 am the following morning when I saw work crews at the end of my street. I suspect they do not send out repair techs in the evening. Can this be confirmed as I am about to loose my job for not having reliable service to work from home in the evening.One hour later....thanks for an AUTOMATED response to this with another link that asks for the same information. No one is reading anything...and unable to reach a live person.

My husband and I went to this location last night for new phones. We were immediately pushed out as soon as we entered the store by the store manager at 6:50 PM on Thursday 10/13/23. We were verbally scolded by him saying that they were closing! So we decided to go the Greenacres Location. We were greeted by Ash and he immediately took the time to take care of us. We bought 2 brand new iPhones, the new Apple Watch, 2 Otter cases, and other accessories.I work in retail management and if I ever treated my clients like this manager did in the West Palm Location I would lose my job. It’s retail, sometimes you have to stay a little past store closing to make a sale. I would have left 0 stars if that was an option.

I had the best experience ever. Landry was the absolute best he did not rush me he explained everything step by step. Will definitely be referring my family to this location for any of there xfinity needs

WARNING! Make sure the sales person applies the promotion correctly, they told me I was going to get the iPhone for free if I change to Xfinity mobile, but after fighting for months for a resolution they made me pay for the phone, the Xfinity employee actually sold me the phone full price so he can make commission, I would never have switched to Xfinity if it wasn’t for that promotion, lost a lot of money for switching… Had to waste almost 2 months of calling every day and waiting in line for 6 hours for the miserable customer service people to lie to me

I was put on a waiting list by the two agents casually sitting and talking at the entrance (doing absolutely nothing). Waited an hour and a half to return a cable box? A customer (that arrived AFTER me) got called up and was nice enough to point out that I was still waiting. The agent scanned the box and handed me a receipt. It literally took 3 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed of such terrible and inconsiderate service.

Horrible company horrible customer service and terrible people and after you close and pay your account they keep charging you and send “open” accounts into collections even tho you paid and closed it. Att has better services and prices

I had an account with Xfinity which I went to this store to terminate early. I went through the process with an employee and closed my account. When doing so I asked him if there would be an early cancellation fee which he responded that the roughly $17 payment I made at the store would be covering. Fast forward 5 months I am receiving a collection from them stating I owe $62 in cancellation fees. Any notification of a late fee was never given via email and I would not know if it was given via mail because I moved. Now I have taken a huge decrease on my credit score from this relatively minor fee. I called xfinity and they stated they would credit my fee and that my account would be settled around 1.5 months ago. Today I received a call from a collection company stating I still owe this. I called Comcast again and this representative says they cannot waive an early termination fee. Company is a joke

Went there the other day for the first time and will definitely look forward to going again in the future should the need arise. This particular visit was for the purpose of getting something squared away with my brand new Xfinity Mobile cell phone service which I could not be any happier with as the service is excellent across the board plus because I bundled everything together with my other Xfinity services I got a free Google Pixel 6A which is an AWESOME phone that I still can't believe I got for free as part of the deal! Special mention to Landry who is the fellow who helped me the day I went into the store he was an absolute professional who got everything squared away in record time and was just a pleasure to deal with and therefore I'll look for him specifically in the future as well as recommend him to other people.

This is not a store number. Its absolutely ridiculous that you can't call the store directly. You call this 800 number and the automated service takes you on a wild endless ride to nowhere. But after visiting the store I found the management and staff professional, quick, courteous, and efficient. A very pleasant experience.
