I had a full kitchen remodel and two custom closets installed. I am very pleased with the finished product. Damaris was very helpful. Her experience and design details were instrumental in getting what I really wanted. The cabinets and hardware are high quality, and I feel like I received a great value! I concur with Deborah Holloway. If only I read the reviews before hiring this company. My mistake. For those of you who did not experience the hurry up and wait game like I did - good for you. In addition, the measurement for one of the vanities were off a tad bit which called fora replacement. So why was it necessary for Carlos to comment on my contractor's work after discovering their mistake. We all make mistakes, we're human and that's ok. But don't put others down due to something that was clearly your fault. After all, I did not make a stink about it. That said, I wish this company well. The post of entering at your own risk is very appropriate . You will love their prices .You will hate their work ethic. I was told 1 week for our Kitchen and Laundry remodel. I took the week off from work so I could accommodate anything that comes up. The fact that the slab under the kitchen floor was cracked was not their fault. That put us back a week. The endless texts and phone calls saying they were coming or worse yet ,on the way, with countless NO shows was annoying. I sat in my home endless days waiting on them with nobody showing up or even the courtesy of a phone call to say they were not coming. They did beautiful work when Carlos did show up. After all was said and done there was a few things like open electrical circuits (2) hanging out of the wall and a few other things that Damaris said they would come fix. I stopped by the store and she gave me a day and time. No show . I was even going to have them measure for additional cabinet work , she knew this. No show. I called and texted her at 1:00, 1:30 to see where they were . No answer .Finally at 3:30 she texted back that the air conditioning broke and they were waiting on the repair man. It does not take 2 adults to meet a repair man.I hired another shop for the additional cabinets and they finished up the left over work from Damaris and Carlos . Damaris has NEVER followed up . In fact, I have done several jobs with Mr. Cabrera, Damaris's husband and they have always been very professional both in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, I would recommend him to my family and friends, good jobs, congratulations and the showroom has all our needs for our houses.

So I happen to find this business online in West Palm Beach Florida ,world kitchen .I spoke with Damaris and she was very accommodating . I went to her show room and looked at a few different kitchens I have seen online .she suggested one particular cabinet that I really loved, forever mark cabinetry . I had gone to a different kitchen company and quality was OK I wasn’t quite happy and that’s why I started the search and found her to that note I ended up ordering a large kitchen from her when there was any delay she kept me abreast of the delays I have my own contractor that was doing the install ,but again she made sure all the pieces I needed were ordered. She visited our home initially and did all the measurements as well . (The other company wanted me to measure the kitchen myself.). In the end I ordered 21 pieces of cabinetry from Damaris and I am so happy I found her show room . Her pricing was also great . My kitchen is almost completely done now . A special thanks to Damaris for her assistance and now I have a dream kitchen.

Damaris was wonderful to work with she was a tremendous help in my kitchen remodeling. The cabinetry I ordered from her are incredible. Great quality. I had my own contractor for the install.which was no problem. I will definitely use her store again. My kitchen cabinets are amazing . Thanks Damaris for helping me obtain my dream kitchen.

We hired them to do full kitchen and paid half of the total amount per contractor in October 2020. Today is September 2021 and I still do not have my kitchen. Now they are refusing to completed kitchen, because I was asking too many uncomfortable question. My kitchen is in disarray, half of materials are delivered and not assembled, rest of the materials are missing. I found them on the which looks pretty well, but it was complete falls advertisement. Not one project showing on that website was completed by World kitchen and granite. They are claiming that they are advertising other companies product . This is violating 15 U.S. Code § 54 - False advertisements; penalties such violation is with intent to defraud or mislead, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment; I checked other people review and found that many people went through this terrible experience. As Maria A said save yourself a headache. I agree with Maria The company owner is Carlos Cabrera and wife Damaris. Not only their work is terrible but they are not trust worthy. At this point I am hiring a lawyer and taking them to the court.

I thought I wouldn't happen to me.Before contracting these people i read all the reviews and most of them were bad, but i thought it wouldn't happen to me. BIG MISTAKE. From the beginning there were issues. I needed to re-do my kitchen, already had 3d blue print from Home Depot, they decided to make a new one. i had double sinks, now i only have one. It took them 3 months to do a small kitchen. Imagine the frustration when someone tells you they will be there Monday morning and never show up, you have to be calling and texting all the time. To make a long story short, the final product was trash. They did not install Over the range microwave to vent outside, even though Mr. Carlos, Damaris's husband promised me that will be done. The caulking around the cabinets and the roof is all cracked. The countertop on the sink is loose, they didn't cement it on right. Didn't even tighten the dishwasher, its loose and moving all the place when you try to use it. Finally i will have to get a handy man to come in and do all this work that you guys didn't do. My honest opinion is, do business somewhere else because these are horrible business people.I brought these concerns to them, and have not heard back since, that was in December.Services: Floor fitting
