Very bad service. They only care about the money and not quality jewelry. It’s been about two days the ring was purchased and literally the ring was worn about two hours and two stones fell. Plus it was bent. The young lady said something that didn’t make any sense; she said. “If you had the stones we could exchange it” well how am I supposed to know were they fell it’s not like I was looking at it when it fell. Plus their receipt says they can exchange. If they really cared about the quality and customer service they would change it. Ps. Even Walmart exchanges and even returns your money back. This was just a waste of money. Buy elsewhere but here! If possible this store doesn’t deserve any stars. It’s not the first time my sister purchased one around the saw week and her stone fell the next day and her ring bent as well.

I do not recommend service from this place. I purchased a pair of earrings from them and it turns out the earrings were not even real like they claimed. I knew they looked to shiny when I was thinking of buying them but I had someone check it out and turns out there super FAKE!! Please do not do business with these ppl they are super scam!

I’ve bought a couple of jewelry here and each one the stones fell off and jewelry broke . At first I thought it was myself but I bought jewelry for my girlfriend and the stone fell 3 times until finally she had to settle for a circle stone when originally it was a heart stone 3 days later the charm fell off completely . I come back to talk to them about the jewelry the first couple of times they said that I can only sell it for gold value which equal to 170 for a 400 dollar piece . Now with the new piece broken and they said we have to pay to repair it . I’m not sure how they have customers . They said that the bracelet is hallow that’s why it broke , well I’m sorry that you sold me a hallow piece of jewelry . They also said they sold it in perfect condition but if you did why would you have these signs up ? Seems like you guys have a lot of cheap jewelry . How can you sell jewelry so expensive and think that people are complaining to complain. It’s called customer service especially when you have bad quietly jewelry . Please look at their reviews I’m not the only person .

My boyfriend purchased this bracelet July 2021 for my birthday about two months after having this bracelet that cost $450 .the heart diamond fell off About a month of me wearing it . I came back in to get it fixed and I had to settle for a clear heart diamond that later on fell off a week later . I went back and explained the the genteel man that this is this is the second time this happened and that the bracelet scratches and gets caught on things all the time and i wanted to get it exchanged or store credit the gentleman said that I can trade it in for gold which is valued at $170 which I find unacceptable. So instead he said I can put a CIRCLE diamond so it can hold better for free so i said fine (which it looks horrible since the other two are heart diamonds ). I literally wore this bracelet for two days since I fixed it for the second time and the charm is broken off . I find this to be horrible quality and overall horrible customer service after I gave several complaints about the bracelet.

horrible pricing. service is fine but its a definite rip off. sad to see people robbing their own communities. i suggest you learn about gold prices before buying from this company. cheap quality.
