This store backs up their products and really goes the extra mile to give you advice about your pets. There are pet stores closer to my house but I will go out of my way to go to Wild Cargo. Highly recommend..

Wild Cargo Pets is an excellent family-owned exotic pet store that has been here in Palm Beach County for at least three generations. I would know, as I own the saltwater aquarium store just up the street and send them referrals for larger fish and reptiles, especially turtles, which I don't carry, all the time. Wild Cargo has a full range of pets and a knowledgeable staff. Aaron and Hilary have been featured on TV more times than I can count. They are great community members; some of their pets are surrenders looking for new homes. They have one of the best selections of exotic reptiles in South Florida and also offer a variety of more common pets. You never know what you might find. They also have a wide range of supplies, from cages to a variety of live food. And they are good people.

Been a customer for over 20 years bought a rat today they put in bag by the time I got home rat was loose in car and got out called them told them there response was that will happen,was told I have to request a box which I haven't done in over 20 years so now I'm out my gas for hour round trip and the money for the rat would not recommend from now on I'll drive further to marks ark in lake Worth....losing a customer of 20+years great way to run a small business.

We bought 2 snakes from here both covered in mites they told us it was “normal” and to do warm baths repeatedly until they are gone well, it’s now seven months later. We brought one back because She would not leave her water bowl because of how much of a lance these mites were and they credited us towards another snake which still costed more money but the other one now has sores all over from these mites relentlessly eating him. I wish I could get money back we spent hundreds of dollars literally and they won’t help with any solution the attitude is like oh well

Pretty horrid experience there today, went in to look at geckos and the crested geckos had zero foliage in any enclosure and two had severe FLOPPY TAIL SYNDROME and the staff was clueless…they are clearly selling u unhealthy geckos and have no idea.The employee said the tails were like this from hanging upside down, and while that’s true, that is a very bad thing. View pictures.IMO the prices were way too high for some of the animals, but in actuality some of the animals shouldn’t even be for sale.Next I’ll add the entire place stunk like ammonia and was nauseating

I love wild cargo, the staff is very polite and helpful. The reptile room is always a must see even if you're not buying one. If you're looking for baby chicks they have them but not all the time call ahead if that's what you want. I've seen...fish, skinny pigs, guinea pigs rabbits and a few small birds there. I go for my small bird feed and fruit pellets they always have them.

Absolutely the best !!! I have been going to Wild Cargo for 15 years or more. Awesome salt and fresh water fish. And the reptile selection is par none. The whole family is involved and knowledgeable. All the animals get attention constantly so they are so docile and healthy. Absolutely ? recommend these fine people!!!
