About Westgate Community Farm

Westgate Community Farm is an awesome, amazing community garden. It is a well-kept secret offering fresh, nutritional vegetables that do not cost an arm and a leg. Visitors can use EBT to purchase fresh food, seeds, and native plant clippings through the FAB program. Knowledgeable staff provide very hands-on classes on growing. The farm is resourceful, with so much growing well in its limited space. It is open on Saturdays from 9 to 1 and Thursdays. Take time to visit; you will be glad you did.

    This place is a well kept secret here off Wabasso drive and Okeechobee Blvd. If you want fresh vegetables that will not cost you an arm and a leg, this is the place to come on Saturdays from 9 to 1 and Thursdays from 1 to 3, I think
