I just had a great experience, it’s my first time going and everyone was so friendly. Especially the pharmacist on duty who even filed a pre-authorization with my insurance to get me a discounted rate next time. Not to mention they actually had my prescription which I was struggling to find local pharmacies who did. It was also in and out no waiting around. Highly recommend.

After being told my medication was not in stock at a chain pharmacy someone recommend I try West Palm Pharmacy. After having to wait hours and hours or days at chain pharmacies, I figured it was worth a shot. I walked into West Palm Pharmacy today for the first time. Immediately I was greeted kindly, their prices are better than other places and their service is by far the best I've ever had in a pharmacy. This is honestly the first actually pleasant pharmacy experience I have ever had and I will not go anywhere else again. Thank you too everyone who works there for your kindness and your exceptional service.

Always have my meds and always smiling! I have been using West Palm pharmacy for about 10 years now and won't ever go back to CVS or walgreens. It's always in and out.Paul Sal,Stacy,and the rest of the staff are the best!

After another Pharmacy decided they're smarter than my Doctors my husband spoke with the Pharmacist Sal and now they get all of my family business. The whole staff have been very knowledgeable and awesome. They treat you like a person not a number. We will be buying all the over the counter items and prescriptions from West Palm Pharmacy.

Sal, Stacy and the staff cares and goes above and beyond always to help.When I had Covid myOwn doctor neglected to tell me about Regeneron,Being at very high risk ( diabetes and high bloodpressure ) Stacy was the one who told me to make sure I go and get the treatment,In exactly two days I felt like I never had Covid .My fiancé who works medical field had the double vaccine and a boosterWhen she got Covid she was so sick I was in a panic I would lose herShe got regeneron after seeing me lose Covid and all though it took her a few more days , she also shook it off and later said she believes she'd have been hospitalized without it This one caring staff member, Stacy , possibly saved her life and absolutely gotMe back to work so much sooner MyCovid was full blown and a totalOf 5 days My girl had it 2 weeks before getting the regeneron and by week 3 was better .I can't thank the staff enough for all the care they've shown and help they've given me over the years Won't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

I love this pharmacy. Sal and Stacy are the best!!! I am so happy to have a place that I feel like a valued customer, instead of just \\\"another number\\\" . They keep up on my medication needs, I have diabetic needs and other needs as well. They stay on top of it. They have even called ne when I had forgotten something. Their professional is top notch and I am so glad I made the choice to stick with them! Thank you for always doing all you can to help me above and beyond at times the normal scope of a pharmacy!!!! Wish I could give you ten stars!!!!

Just know they are terrible to their employees, you have to wait 4 weeks to be paid, they pay in cash, on indeed they say they start at 14!!! That’s a lie they start at 12. No proper break to be working 8hrs. Then upon leaving this play PLAY. Pharmacy they decide to take 300 dollars from me because they said I agreed to a class I NEVERRR signed up for. Both locations Northlake \\u0026 wpb are hiring, I advise you don’t apply for this pharmacy oh let’s not forget they have you commute without your permission . The manager at wpb was sick with Covid \\u0026 still decided to work among the employees, I have so much more to say ?? but I’m going to go on about my business

First off this company isn’t legitimate and they pay their employees under the table. Not even just pay them under the table steal money from their checks claiming it’s for a class that’s required upon hiring them. They don’t even have a proper clock in system. My sister worked for them and ended up quitting because they expected her to travel to the other location in wpb and didn’t even wanna pay her held on to her check for weeks, I failed to mention the check bounced. RUN far away from this play play pharmacy it isn’t a job I’d recommend to anyone.

Best pharmacy ever loving caring family shop make sure you're comfortable no matter what just to take time to listen to you never makes you feel not wanted or rushedI take a lot of medication it take time to explain to me and care about trying to get the pills all together at the same time

Great owner, prices are pretty good. (before my deductible was met now it’s 0) but I’m able to fill my MAT medications here without being judged or any hassle whatsoever. Always have what you need in stock. 0 wait time if you call ahead. Have different brands of things as well. Highly recommend.
