Was a busy day at the dealership today and the main building was under construction but I was surprised how smoothly the service department had us all checked in. My Service Tech AL and Evelyn were very professional and courteous and arranged for my Telluride to be serviced. Big Thanks AL for getting in and out as quickly as possible very much appreciated. And, Evelyn your always a Ray of Sunshine and credit to GreenWay Kia in WPB. Thanks again AL and Evelyn for a GREAT experience.

When I went to Kia I had a pre-approval letter from Capital One what they didn't tell me is that they sat in front of me I went through about 15 companies they ran my credit right in front of me those times or more and didn't tell me I'm still getting denial letters now from January don't get me wrong I love my car but that should have been told me that they're doing that. Then this CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE started acting up after 2 weeks when you turn the car on the key get stuck in the on position the lights don't work air conditioner don't work but the car is running so you have to put back towards you, the two back windows roll down and wouldn't roll back up I had to inch it up until it couldn't do that anymore and just stayed down the passenger seat belt alert goes off as if someone sitting there without the seat belt on. They oiled the key and I guess they did the same with the window which is what they said Kia said to do go to thru steps first and the seat they said they can't do anything about it because they drove around in it and it didn't go off. I recorded every time the seat belt alert went off when I was alone in the car and I went up there on a Sunday and told them I have video of it now since they say they didn't hear it and he said that's good he took my name and number and said he's going to tell one of the ladies to give me a call to make an appointment no one called that was about 3wks ago and today I lean my seat back laid back and it wouldn't come back up. It's an inconvenience I love this car and if it was something wrong with the engine it would definitely be a real problem. I was told that pre-owned cars are checked out by Kia so what happened? And no one calls you back

I got an immediate appointment with Greenway and they contacted me the day before. Service was very professional, explained everything and offered me a shuttle to my place of choice. I will most definitely go Bach there for any future purchases or service.
