The inside has been remodeled, but that doesn’t excuse how badly this bank is managed. The fact that there is only one teller on a friday afternoon with a line of 6 people and other employees can be seen standing around, doing nothing. It’s such a slap in the face for banking patrons. Terrible customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Horrible Service, I was the only one in line and waited in line over 15 minutes to see the only teller that was there. She was doing both drive thru and counter.

I had an awesome experience with Carmen at this location. She helped me open two new accounts and was very patient with me.I had a good experience in this bank. With Carmen's help I was able to open a bank account and she helps me at all times. It was the best decision, opening my account at Wells Fargo.

For me, they have service difficulties, request my stamment letter. It's been a month since January 2023 and it still hasn't arrived and they tell you you have to wait. For a simple piece of paper. It is a lack of respect for the customer, which is why many change banks. Thank you

Alberto the manager is super rude and disrespectful.I walked in at 4:20 pm to open an account and he said that they couldn’t help meThey needed to leave and couldn’t help meThey have now lost my interest in having business with them, if you are thinking of banking with them.. RUN!I hope they hire a new manager that will be more helpful and motivate the workers to do their job and put the customers’ needs first!

I don’t trust this location they force you to open account you don’t want to open. Most banks, let you open a business account outright. This location told me I also needed to open a personal, and they needed to run my credit which has never happened in the past. Plus one banker has to confirm with 10 other people just to answer one question. I just wouldn’t trust it.

Very suspicious activity and unprofessionalism within this site the bankers are not knowledgeable and their upper management are dismissive of customer complaints and concerns they had me sit for an hour plus While I attempted to set up a business account told me I must create a personal account as well then ran my credit as a part of their “” procedures then couldn’t give an explanation of why it was only told me that I was out of luck I would not trust Samir and Favio or this location

Very unprofessional site There regional or district manager as he called himself Mr. Favio armijos Is a rude and dismissive man, banker Samir doesn’t fully understand his job, and is prone to leaving you unattended to serve others. Better off going across the street to chase

This is NOT a review for this branch location, but rather Wells Fargo policy in general.I made a balance inquiry at a non-Wells Fargo ATM and Wells Fargo charged me $2.50 fee for the inquiry (without disclosing). I then proceeded to make an ATM withdrawal and Wells Fargo charged me an another $2.50 fee (without disclosing) in addition to the $7 fee charged by that ATM owner. I ultimately paid $12 in fees for this withdrawal. My friend's bank refunded the ATM charge and there was no fee from her bank...hmmm.

Lots of open desk and not enough support staff.Did not bother to ask for her name as she never introduced herself.While waiting I over heard them charge for a service that should of been free. Never offered other options that they are able to received.Management has no idea that they are losing trust in the community.
