This car wash is the worst never will i ever come here. The bill changer took my $10 and then it turned off and displays out of service, there's no contact info to call for a refund. I will be contacting the city department to have this establishment removed, and also will start letting everyone i can to never use this place again.

Brush/soap was not working. Same complaint as others previously posted. They seem to not be doing repairs on equipment.

BAD BAD BAD experience. After using car wash many times this one time on 2/8/24 around 12:30 or 1 pm something must have been on one of brushes on passenger side and severely scratched my car from hood to tail light. If you saw the scratches there would be no doubt caused by car wash! Car wash attendants very pleasant. Owner refuses to accept responsibility and nothing short of nasty and arrogant telling me to do whatever or get an attorney.
FYI. This was the unit on the end with brushes!

Very satisfied with this car wash staff are always nice. The reason I gave 4 stars it’s because I need to cancel my plan with them because I live far and it’s not easy to cancel it. I might have to go back in person and see

Simple and easy carwash no sitting around waiting for your car... drive in and go! If your from the north east and used to just driving through a car wash this is for you!

Been trying this place on and off for years and they still stink. If you go for a single wash and swipe your credit card, it usually is fine and everything works. It's very different when you purchase the monthly wash program. The system uses cameras to read the license plate and checks if that plate is on a program. If it is, you get the wash etc. that you subscribed to. In this case, the cameras never work, so we always have to ask an attendant for help. This is super inconvenient and that is what the program is supposed to be: convenient. It's not if you always have to get help from an attendant. I hope the attendants make loads of money because they work their tails off keeping paying customers happy, yet management won't fix the cameras. Apparently not enough customers complain that they are getting robbed since they may not be able to get a wash after business hours or they get the cheap wash when they actually subscribed for the full wash package. I get it, the management makes more money if they only provide a lower cost wash though you paid for the higher package. But it seems that is illegal. Oh well buyer beware. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

Self serve wash tire cleaner doesn't work, wax doesn't work, and soap from wand doesn't work. It's been like this for months.
