I would like to start by saying Mr. Steven understands the importance of excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience was beyond exceptional. Mr. Steven was extremely attentive to my every need demonstrating patients, professionalism and courtesy. I did not go to the watch station to purchase anything at first, I was just looking and my interactions with Mr. Steven would not allow me to leave the store without purchasing something. I only spent my hard earned money at this location because the customer service was beyond AWESOME. If the corporate office every reads this review, Mr. Steven needs to be recognized for the mentality of placing value on all customers no matter race, color or ethic background. I will be returning to this location along with family and friends.

This store has all different brands at discounted prices. The highlight has to be the salesperson Shaneika!! Shes welcoming, she showed me the different styles and sales going on in the store, she was very professional. I ended up buying a Michael Kors watch which she fitted for me and looks great. Keep up the good work and give Shaneika a raise! Her outstanding customer service is elite I will be coming back to buy more. THANK YOU!!! ??

I went because I saw they do repairs. I went and said hello to the front desk and was ignored. After a minute I ask if they do repairs and said no. I don’t understand because the commets said they do so….

Exceptional service! Battery was fixed and links added to fit better, fast service. They were very helpful with other concerns I had with my watch and gave me all the resources I needed. Highly recommend!

Came for a battery repair, and they did an amazing job. Quick, professional and courtesy service at an affordable price, $10. Checked with Kay's and another Kiosk before coming and they both quoted $25. Both Sharon/Stephen were great. I would definitely recommend this establishment!!!

I’ve had one of the best experiences at this watch store! The customer service here is amazing. The sales associate that helped me today was named Vico and he was very informative and helped me pick out the right choice for me. Highly recommend you visit this location!

Doors were locked and no signage saying why they were closed(it was 4pm and hours were supposed to be until 8pm) A young lady saw me at the door and instead of coming to the door and saying why they are closed and when they will reopen she kept yelling closed and walked in the back.
