The people who work in produce are rude and wouldn't help me. I had to ask another employee in a different department if she knew where something was located. She was kind enough to stop putting pastries on the display and helped me.

First of all, I need to remember this is Walmart. I was in the store early morning the other day around 8:30am. I got my usual soda and iced tea and decided to take a look at watches for my step daughter for Christmas. She wants a small cheap watch to wear to work. I found a little Armitron watch in a locked case and nobody working at the jewelry counter (during Christmas shopping season!). I asked n associate for help and she stated that she would "try finding the key or someone to help me." After waiting about 15 minutes I walked around and saw the same woman working the front end and she asked if anyone came to help me and I said no. I returned to the jewelry counter and there was another woman that told me that she works in that department but had no key for the watch case. Meanwhile, all of the associates seemed to be doing their online little projects and appeared to be avoiding customers. I walked back to customer service and asked for a manager. Lindsay came over and I explained the situation to her. She said to give her a minute. She walked away and returned in about 5 minutes saying that they are unable to open the watch case because no keys were available. She apologized and was a great help. This store lost a sale and probably the warranty sale for the watch because they couldn't find the keys to open a little plastic case with cheap watches in it. Not my first issues with Walmart. I think it's sad to have to pre-judge a business even before walking into it.

Clean location. Pretty easy to find a parking spot and I believe this is the location that has alcohol! Yay! I do warn the ladies in this Walmart and any place else so always be mindful of your surroundings. Be aware of people who might be following you or trying to talk to you or flirt with you. It may not be what you think it is. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

let me just start by saying i rarely leave reviews but i had to because of what i just experienced. If i can give this location zero stars i would. the employees are so rude and have zero sense of customer service. they have zero registers open and only self check out. which is fine, i don't mind. however i'm scanning my cart full of groceries and the gun beeped so i'm assuming it scanned. turns out i missed two of the items. the lady at self check out comes over to me and snatched the gun out of my hand and says word for word "you didn't scan everything, why are you trying to steal in front of me?" i looked at her and i was like what are you talking about? what did i miss? she rolls her eyes at me and cancels my order and rescans everything while throwing all of my items all over the place. i asked to speak to the manager and she rolls her eyes again and mumbles under her breath. the manager was zero help too. all she did was say "ok i'll talk to her". i have never experiences such awful treatment at a place of business. i've been shopping at walmart for YEARS. this location is 5 minutes from my house but i will be driving 15-20 mins farther to go to a better location. if you want to spend your hard earned money somewhere, do not go here.

Walmart has zero customer service. No one cares. Went to pick up online order; checked in before I left; and checked in when I got there. No one came out with order. Called the number posted there. Goes right to voicemail. Called store. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was told they're closed. It was 8pm. Store was still open and busy. Went inside and asked for a manager and was told there's no one there. Then "customer service" person just walked away from me. I'm so over this store. Save some money, but at what cost?

I was at the electronics area at around 8 pm to get a game and there were no employees at the Tech counter the entire time. I had to go to customer services twice and even though said they sent someone to help me out, not even a single employee came to help me out. I waited over half an hour and nobody showed up to assist me, so I left the store.

There's literally flies on the onions. Also the bakery wasn't cooking today and they had a stupid little sign up so I couldn't even get a rotisserie chicken.

Don't bother to try and use your cell phone once you're midway through the store because the place is built like a fortress. Even the free WiFi was a struggle! The shelves were fairly well stocked; albeit, things could've been neater. The produce department was lacking and the strawberries already had mold. Yuk! On a positive note, the prices are good. The dairy and meat sections were well stocked and I was fortunate to get all I stopped in for with the exception of an item they apparently don't carry. Not all stores feature the same merchandise. I utilized self checkout and the entrance and exit were being used as one or the other to minimize traffic. Finally, both stations were missing towels and / or wipes next to the disinfectant spray in the shopping cart section.

This Walmart takes the award for worst in America I'm sure. Ended up having to come here on NYE since everything else was closed. The entire store was run by ONE cashier who probably had the best attitude and should be commended for at least his efforts. All other employees were hanging around the self checkout area while the cashier tried his best to help customers. The One star is only because he was good. Everyone in line could feel his pain because he was left hanging by his fellow employees. The worst part was that he said it wasn't even his shift, he had switched with someone and gotten screwed since everyone else called out. Walmart, promote this kid to corporate office so that he can show everyone how to be professional, and get rid of the rest. I'd say that this is unacceptable, but it's obviously the Walmart Way.

Walmart is always horrible BUT this one is the bottom of the barrel. I try to only come here to pick up money transfers but of course that's always a hassle. The employees are just lazy and ignorant. I'm telling my out of state family not to use the Walmart money center from now on because the employees always find an excuse not to give people their money. My name on my ID matches, I have the confirmation number and the name of the person sending it and always end up having to leave and go drive to a further away location to pick up without a problem.

I tried patronizing this Walmart but time & time again I experience Awful service overall... purchase a few products and tried to return them at 10pm...upon my arrival, greeter informed me that customer is close and they have different hours during the week! WTH...store hrs are posted 6am to 12pm daily, so why the heck isn't the customer service dept open? after my successful return...I'M DONE!!

I saw a bike I liked. Went to buy the assembled bike but the brakes were rubbing and I ask if it could be adjusted. The floor sticker told me to tall to a manager. I asked to talk to the manager but the manager did not want to talk to me and said buy the bike as is because no one to fix and did not know when someone who knew how to fix would come in. Call me crazy but to spend $200on a bike that is not properly working and lazy manager who does not take time to talk to customers. Terrible Store service.

The store manager is completely insane. Aug 21,2019 morning time. I was in my work truck parked at Walmart. She came over and started pounding on the door. Accusing me of loitering. Said I had been parked there all week. She didn't believe that I was a paying customer and that I was in fact from another state. I told her to look at my plates. I'm not from Florida and I certainly wasn't there last week. She didn't believe me. Instead you could tell she was acting jittery and off putting. It was a strange situation. I just finished shopping at Walmart and here comes the gestapo to kick me out. Honestly, I think she was on drugs or drunk with the little bit of power she had. I was really nice to her as well. Nonetheless she was still treating me poorly. Even after I thanked her for her time. She just acted so weird and disgusted like she hated me for being alive. Don't shop at this Walmart. It's just not worth the hassle. Also, every fucking toilet seat in the men's restroom had pee on it.

I don't know where these positive reviews come from. If you've been in this location you'd realize immediately that this store is poorly run and no cared about by any corporate office. They closed their registers at the height of the busy time and don't care about customer service. I have been told by employees that they were on break at least 10 times. No BS. I leave positive reviews 95 percent of the time but I have to comment.
