DO NOT ORDER PHOTO PROJECTS HERE! I wish I could give this location 0 stars. They told me my photo order was ready and when I showed up the girl working rudely said "we ain't got the poster our machine is broken" this is the 3rd time something like this has happened here. Terrible customer service and everything is broken. Be warned

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to give the associate Heike credit for how nice and helpful she was as soon I walked in! She helped me pick out some skin care product and also helped me save money by telling me about deals that were running in the store! Overall was a nice experience, Thank you Heiki - from Cat

Never ever walked in and got waited in less then 5 mins. Today one person waiting g on both drove thru n in store customers n I looked behind counter n 2 employees bs.

This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime! Way to much to get into details about what they did and are doing. Jeezzz. Does anyone care about what they are doing?! Does anyone show the next person(new worker) how it’s supposed to be done?!?

Let’s talk about the racial profiling in the pharmacy. I’ve been filling my script there for years and since it’s a controlled substance I can not fill it else where. The pharmacist wrote all over my script and rejected to fill my script and has no given reason why she is doing this. She called my doctors office and violated my HIPAA rights asking them disrespectful questions about me. I am now seeking an attorney since this is the 4th month they’ve done this to me. The pharmacist had violated my rights and Walgreens still employs her.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE! My brother purchased a gift card for my birthday. I opened the card and the security code was scratched off. I went to the store to buy some mints and absolutely nothing happened, as if the card was not activated at all. My brother and I went to this Walgreens to speak with a manager and Josh told us to call Vanilla. He did check the camera footage to confirm that the cashier didn't switch the cards during the transaction, so i'll give him that. We checked other cards on the shelf and found that other cards had mismatched numbers and scratched off security codes as well. Josh did not take the cards off of the shelves. Josh did not call the police. Josh hid in the back of the store. We called Vanilla and they were not helpful either. Luckily Vanilla was able to issue a refund which will take 3 weeks. It is physically evident that someone in the supply chain is likely tampering with the packages. I will not shopping at this store unless it's a complete emergency.

The pharmacist does not care for patients at all. She is extremely rude and borderline negligent. I am a registered nurse and I cannot imagine treating my patients the way she treats the patients that come to her pharmacy. Walgreens should be really hiring medical personnel that actually care about people and don’t treat this job like it’s just a job. These are people. If you don’t care about the wellbeing of your patients, then you shouldn’t be in healthcare.

I would give this pharmacy a negative 20 if possible. Waited in line outside for 45 mins (8 card behind me must have waited for hours) only to have pharmacist, Gerry, insist my new insurance card did not work (completely false as it turns out.)Like so many other reviews, in almost every encounter she has given me false information about my prescription status preventing me from filling my medication on time. Alarming since she knows how unsafe it can be to abruptly stop medication..Def has to be the rudest most frighteningly unprofessional egomaniacal, misanthropic ball of anger working in a customer service/ health care related position.In other words… she hates people, seems especially to dislike minorities, seniors and especially women & clearly enjoys upsetting customers. Walgreens.. are you even checking on your employees?**If you want a fast, professional pharmacy or just prefer to give your business to a friendly staff -GO TO CVS ACROSS THE STREET!! Okechobee & Military. Every person working in CVS pharmacy is friendly, compassionate & trying to do a good job, like most of us!

Staff has always been friendly...pharmacy seems a little understaffed but definitely go the extra mile ..and most of the long wait is I've rthe customers giving the pharmacy staff a difficult time..I mean like come on ain't no way u in your 50's and u in the line holding it up like u ain't never had a prescription beforeFIRST NAME,LAST NAME DATE OF BIRTH boom you will be out the door

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was just denied my prescription because the pharmacist didn't feel like filling it. I have severe panic attacks and I regularly take alprazolam for them, and not taking the meds I take every day is severe and life-threatening and I had to go to the ER for a seizure. She filled all of my other medications except for that one. She lied and said there was a law where you can't fill controlled substances from a doctor unless they are within a 5 mile radius. I used to work as a pharmacy technician, I know that's not a law. So when I called her out on it, she said she just didn't want to fill it. She could've at least called the doctor to verify the information, the script didn't even have refills. She's acting like the prescription was for Dilaudid and had 10 refills. I didn't get the pharmacist's the name but she was a heavy set white woman.
