Came to set a perscription and after 2 hours, in pain , no call or text , I called to ask and the lady on the phone said she was verifying with my insurance, dont know why, because i would have paid out of pocket. She told me to come and pick them up, i came and the lady working on thursday 6 pm May 30th was disrepectfula and rude, made me leave without checking if in fact it was ready, and then i called when i hot home ,and the young mand told me it was ready. Went to the drive thru and the young lady left me waiting for a while ,just to tell me yo wait further. I hope Laura gets better at attending customers here.

This will Always be my pharmacy of choice even though I moved to Village Blvd. I have been using this pharmacy since 2003 for my entire family. Staff is good. Sometimes the pharmacy is slow but trust me the Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of Okeechobee and Military Trail is the WORST. I never waited for my flu shot. Will still continue to use this Walgreens and pharmacy.

Been in lined for the pharmacy for 30 minutes now. ... no conveinence at all for this option. While waiting in line I just read all the recent reviews about the pharmacy... changed my score to a one star, guess they haven't changed much.

I don't understand the bad reviews. My husband and I recently switched to this Walgreens store for our prescriptions after the store on Purdy closed. The switch was seamless and so far we have only had one issue with the copay on one of our medicines but the young man at the drive-thru asked me for my insurance card and he fixed it on the spot. I usually order our refills online and they are always ready in a timely manner.It should be noted that my review is based solely on the pharmacy at this point as we haven't done any shopping here as of yet.

Terrible! Came in at 10:18am for a flu shot. The cashier told me to come back because he doesn't know how to do anything and it's just the pharmacist here. So wasted my gas for nothing. There was no one in the drive thru and and 1 person ahead of me. Walgreens need to not offer flu shots if you can only get them at certain times and needs to hire competent people that actually can do the job and not respond "Can you come back later because I'm not a technician and don't know to do anything and it's just the pharmacist" like what is your point there if there is no one training you! Won't be back

Pharmacy is all over the place, unorganized, doesn’t have any conflict resolution skills, combative and unprofessional. Shiva the pharmacist is mentally unstable and shouldn’t be assisting anyone. The manager was helpful kind and patient, and has great customer service skills. But she can only do so much, because the pharmacist has the final say when it comes to the pharmacy.

The lady at counter opened my bottle of medication and mix something with it. I asked her what she mixed. She didn’t answer my question and got busy with other customer. I was standing to get an answer. After 10 min another lady came and told me that was water mixed with my medication and as it is so specific, we do it for you. Okay, thank you. But the lady who mixed the water should respond to my question as that medication was for my baby and being concerned is so normal. Please respond to your customers' question.
