Is there anything worse than a pharmacy who cannot seem to get your prescriptions ready in a timely fashion? A pharmacy whose sole purpose “SHOULD BE” caring about its patients as if they were part of their own family! I worked behind a pharmacy counter many, many years ago for Genovese Pharmacies. They taught their pharmacy aides Integrity, Common Sense approaches, to have Empathy & Utmost Caring & Concern for EVERY PATIENT’S WELL-BEING. We had to learn about drug interactions. To make sure every patient not only got their medication on time, but that they understood all instructions given by doctors. None of this is the case at this particular Walgreen’s. And that is after calling their corporate offices not once, not twice, but several times over the course of months & years. They seem less & less concerned with the situation of drugs not being available right away, to patient(s) not receiving drugs, to incorrect dosing instructions/ instructions not being gone over with patient to correct any problems BEFORE they might occur. The pharmacy itself is totally uninvolved & unconcerned with these issues. So antibiotics, eye drops & other important drugs needed immediately MUST BE WAITED FOR…FOR DAYS ON END! My suggestion would be to close this store, re-staff & then re-stock in accordance with patients needs…not how it is done now. And my other suggestion is that every Walgreen’s should have a system whereby, if a medication is missing in one store…it can be immediately transported there from another of their fully stocked stores. Why should any patient have to be made to wait to get well? Think about it! Then make your chagrin & your voices heard by NOT EVER USING WALGREEN’S in Century Village, 110 Century Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida 33417…until they have new staffing in place, with common sense, empathy, caring & a desire for making their patients well again quickly…perhaps treating them like a loving family in the process.

Some of the staff are helpful, some aren't. Some have a heart, Some don't.

Very bad service, I was very happy that they open a Pharmacy inside the complex but I’m completely disappointed. My grandmother that is 98 years old Add refills do for her blood pressure That if she doesn’t take the pill her blood pressure goes up to 200. I begged the lady to please give me the medicine because she didn’t have any for the afternoon and she said you have to wait until tomorrow or after tomorrow because he’s not ready. I begged to please give me at least the two pills until she give me the complete refill and she said no. Very nasty. Also my grandma has Medicare and Medicaid advantage and we’ve never been charged in the pharmacy for the medicine she receives and over there they charge. Lastly they don’t care if you have an emergency or not if you’re waiting all day for the medicine and they close at five they said I’m sorry we close at five we can’t do anything about it wait until tomorrow.

I am wondering why this pharmacy doesn't have cart wipes or hand sanitizer at the front door?
