Don’t go to this pharmacy. The girl at the front desk has no idea what she’s doing or what she’s talking about. I went to go pick up a prescription and this girl was literally asking me for a Vin number. I don’t understand why anyone would even ask for that when picking up a prescription for somebody thats Insured through United healthcare. I told her I had united healthcare and don’t need a prescription card to pick up my medication and it went through one ear and out the other. She was difficult and completely unhelpful in a period of time where someone is dealing with a serious illness. This happened on Wednesday, September 20th around 3pm.

Manager there the old guy with glasses is very rude. He is always in a bad mood and is grumpy. I’m surprised he still has a job. They need to find a new manager. He shouldn’t be working there.

WALGREENS Pharmacy is useless - my prescription not available for 10 days. their warehouse is empty. their distributor is silent. But somehow Publix pharmacy has the drug - so their distributor is on the ball. WALGREENS SUCKS!!!

Recently released from hospital due to meningitis. My internal doctor writes up prescription for flexor for 90 days. An oxycodone/percocet for 90 days 10mg. I receive a call from Walgreens. Tell me they ran out of the percocet 10 mg. For me to call the doctor to pump up the prescription or downgrade the prescription. My doctor puts in this prescription for the 7.5 mg. I don't hear from Walgreens the whole entire day. I arrive at Walgreens at 8:30pm. To tell me they can't give me my prescription. Because it's a narcotic and they wanna talk to the doctor. Why didn't Walgreens tell me that earlier when they told me there are out of the 10 mg Porcoset.Keep in mind I have a midnline in my arm and a catheter. Pharmacist in charge tells me to take advil. This pharmacy has become a joke.

The Pharmacist Chris who is the Manager at this location is fabulous. Ever since Walgreens hired Chris we are able to get our scripts filled so much quicker and with ease. Also there are new people who work with him in the pharmacy that are so much nicer than the other people who previously worked there. Chris is so smart, nice, efficient and helpful. He never shows that he’s under any stress. Way to go Walgreens for hiring the best Pharmacist Manager in a long time. Also I want to add that I don’t speak Spanish only English. That was a huge problem with the old staff. They were rude & their English was horrible. Please keep Chris or I will be so unhappy. Thanks.

I have never had a more unpleasant experience refilling my RX as I have had at this location, being a valued customer for many years/same RX.I brought a hand written RX that was written incorrectly by my PCP.My wife takes the same RX but once a day and I am twice a day or as needed so I called my PCP/office to be corrected at which point they electronically sent the corrected RX for twice a day as needed to this location on Thursday 12-9-2021 (a few days too early) so the pharmacist said I would need to wait until 12-13-2021, which was fine.I called this location to confirm they had received the corrected RX on Saturday 12-11-2021, which in fact they did and at which point it was reiterated by the pharmacist, I still had to wait until Monday, 12-13-2021.Not a problem at all. I am old enough to understand the laws and how insurance works pushing 45 years young.When I arrived this afternoon 12-13-2021 (after 12 pm as instructed by the nice young lady/Technician) it was the wrong RX again and I was told there was no record of an updated RX that was electronically sent. I had confirmed this RX was sent on Saturday,So, after careful consideration and many years of bringing my business to Walgreens from New York, Colorado, Arizona, Florida and Hawaii (NEVER, EVER HAVING AN ISSUE), I have decided to take my business to CVS.Please note this review is also a formal complaint for Walgreens and their executives, against the pharmacist on duty for the days I tried getting my RX filled 12-9, 12-11 and 12-13 to only be in the same position with the wrong RX. I just got off the phone with my doctors office to confirm this again.I will also be filing a complaint against the pharmacist (privately) for not considering it is unlawful to ignore/disregard Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). It is inhumane to disregard an electronically sent RX and be told there is no record.As for those who have only good reviews, I am happy that this location can accommodate you.God Bless and have a happy and safe holiday season!

Walgreens only gave me half of my epinephrine prescription and yet used two of my prescription refills. When I went in to contest it, they said that one carton of epi counted as 2 prescription refills. Total lie. I cried & then called the manufacturer and they filled my prescription properly through their home delivery service and confirmed that 1 prescription refill = 1 carton containing 2 epinephrine pens... They're not reliable. I also have cancer and need multiple meds and the CVS down the street is much more reliable.

The ABSOLUTE WORST service and attitude Ive EVER received in any type of retail. Stunningly horrible - I can now see I'm not the only one... what a shame. No wonder Publix does as well as they do

I’ve been filling my prescription at thisWalgreens going on 2 years now. INever had a problem, they have always took good care of me. Until today, I had a disagreement with the pharmacist over the phone the call was made at 3:21pm I was told that my prescription will be ready tomorrow on the 6th, I usually fill on the fifth so I was very confused as to why this was happening, the pharmacist was very rude to me and even laughed at me all because I asked why is it being delayed she just kept saying u picked up late, and she hung up on me. At 3:33pm I received a phone call from my doctor stating that they called and said they will not be filling my prescription at that location no more. After being hung up on twice I made a trip to the store to get clarification on what happened. I was told I didn’t pass the test and she couldn’t fill it, then after 10Mins of going back and forth she stated she couldn’t fill because she wasn’t “comfortable” and that I could go to another store. I was very upset at how I was treated at this location since I’ve been a customer of Walgreens at several locations for over 10+ Years. I didn’t even cause a scene when I went yet the police was called. That pharmacist and the store associate SAMANTHA was very very rude with me. I’ll never forget this experience at this store THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

Terrible pharmacy customer service. So sad to have to have switched from local pharmacy due to being out of network now. Still waiting for prescription going on four days. Nothing special but can't be w:o. Wouldn't t locate at another store. . Different story each day. Went back to local pharmacy and paid full price. Do not luck Walgreens fir your preferred pharmacy - can't imagine what the really sick people do. :(

Manager is very rude to customers and staff. came in to get my photo order in which he said nope not ready try again tomorrow. Meanwhile blaming Walgreens for the pickup time and no responsibility on their end or apology. An employee came to ask him for help and he said go over there don’t leave your register and ignored her. When I said okay that’s fine I’ll just pay for these items he walked away and said no I’m only doing photo you can go stand in the other line. He’s constantly rude and belittling towards everyone in the store and I’ve been seeing it for years. Hopefully Walgreens will take into consideration who they are hiring as a store leader.
