I always have a good experience here when I pick up my curbside orders. The pharmacy is terrible when you call in and lacks customer service completely. But the rest of the store is awesome. Friendly staff, great manager and clean store!

Worst pharmacy in Palm Beach County. Waited an hour on the phone with one caller in front of me. Of course 9 p.m. came and they hung up on me. No consideration for people who NEED their medicine. This place is a joke! Moving to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy they put you on hold for ever until you hang up can’t reach anybody any time in the day call is the same wait ??and now after 15 minutes wait an associate pick up take my name says hold on and hang up on me ????

I've tried and tried this pharmacy, every single time they have issues. Bad enough that I switched my regular prescriptions to another pharmacy. Every time I tried to pick up a script, I'd wait what seemed like forever and then there was always an excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Many times, I'd arrive to pick up a script that I received a message that it was ready, only to find that it wasn't and a few times, they didn't even have the medication in stock.Tonight I had to pick up a script as my regular script was lost in the mail. I sat in the Drive-Thru lane behind three vehicles for 32 minutes, I watched as it got closer and closer to closing time.How is it that a pharmacy can constantly be this behind and have this many issues? Does management not realize there is an issue?

I can't express how grateful I am to have amazing, caring, and attentive pharmacists like Marlon and Tammy for years. I have been going to this Walgreens for many years and multiple occasions, they would contact me to follow up on my symptoms or medications. I recently had a major surgery and ended up getting an allergic reaction that needs medication. Pharmacist Tammy contacted me a few days later to check up on me. She called me before my doctor. Actually, my doctor never followed up on me. There were occasions when Marlon or Tammy will call me to remind me about my medications. My doctor even noticed the extra care they do for my health. I truly appreciate them and this pharmacy very much. I know they don't get enough recognition, especially when times are so demanding, but I definitely love and appreciate them very much. Let's recognize the good things they do, and not just write about the negative experiences. It's the extra mile that means so much to me. Thank you Marlon and Tammy!--M. Donahue

Absolutely horrible. Waited there for over 30 min to get the vaccine and never even got it. They didn't say who was next. Terrible organization and because I recently had a vaccine last week, have to wait another week because "the COVID vaccine wasn't tested with other vaccines". The people were also very stupid. I feel if I did get the vaccine there they would have somehow messed up. And one lady messed up finding a prescription several times. Only to find it in the exact spot it was. And it was organized in ALPHABETICAL ORDER.

The worst Walgreen in this town they don't even have the camera for take the picture from the Pasaporte they don't even find it when they find it the battery was completely drain they replace the battery they put a new one then the camera still off when they turn on they take the picture when they take the picture they put it on the computer and then on the computer it doesn't appear the picture this is one of the worst Walgreen in this town , and then the people who working in the Walgreen they don't even know nothing nothing about it they just tell you I'm never work with this before it's like Guys I recommend if you're going to hire somebody asking if they have some skill don't hire dummy peoples.

Extremely long wait!!!! When you leave pediatric associate literally across the street from them DO NOT EXPECT your sick child meds to be ready until next day!!

Convenience is what I summarize the experience at this Walgreens off of Okeechobee Boulevard and State Road 7. I've never been a fan of the bright white interior of the store, nor that it feels like you're walking into some medical warehouse with lighting that seems bent on sucking the life out of you. But they do have what you're seeking whether it's picking up medication or a celebratory card. This particular one doesn't have the sketchiness vibe that I have felt at other Walgreens but it doesn't feel like you're walking into an upscale wellness center either. The store clerk checking me out was nice, rung my item up quickly and away I went. I do like that there's a drive-through to pick up meds so I don't have to walk inside when that occasion arises.

Worst Customer service. I was told 1 hour and my medication be ready after over 3 hours of waiting in pain medication was still not ready. I never got any updates throughout the entire process.
