Was inside at counter before lunch. 5 people inside this pharmacy, customers right in their faces and they refuse to serve us because it was their break time. Most of these stores have been going down hill for years and it would appear to be all related to bad management from the top down. Really do not see these stores making it another decade specially when you’re still on the clock and refusing to serve customers because it’s time for 5 people to go on break at the same time.

Ok I'm back at Walgreens and today is laundry day. I buy my laundry soap here because it seems to always be 3 for $8 and I always seem to have a di not for $7 off and I spat $1 and I leave over the moon happy that I saved so much money. Have you tried this or is this ? I also have late night craving for ice cream but today there was no Chunky Monkey! Walgreen has it all!

One of the i worst Walgreens. They are extremely slow. They do not know how to handle more than 1 person at the pharmacy. The wait shouldn't be over 25 minutes when you make it to the window of the driveway. The pharmacist are rude and slow.

Not happy with Covid 19 testing procedures. Don't mind getting Appt on email if it would stop jumping to Mia so never did get one in WPB.

Less than customer friendly and terrible products. Bought a humidifier that was mis-marked price. Couldn't use it because it had to be located 6' away from all furniture. What house has that distance between furniture?

Placed an order for a prescription (with refills on file) Sunday. By Thursday my prescription still wasn't ready. Called and was told they'll have it ready "within the hour". Why did it take 5 days and me having to call? Get to the pharmacy. Sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I get annoyed enough to go inside. Didn't help there either as I stood in line staring them down while they walked around in circles like they're strolling through the park with a long line and not assisting anyone. Didn't bother to acknowledge their long line. Customer service 101 when you're busy: "hello, I will be right with you".

I have visited this walgreens 2 times and both times the cashier has been the same person. He is rude and likes to make bad jokes. The first time he tried to scare me by pretending he was going to throw something in my face. The second time he was rude by not waiting for me to finish paying to get the merchandise. I don't know what the problem is with this person but he shouldn't be in a position where he has to deal with clients because he has no idea how to treat a client.

Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy!!!!! Every time never fails between 5-7pm daily they have only one person running the drive thru window and the walk up counter. You would think after covid with people needing jobs that this location could maintain some staff. You have 10 people in line and 10 cars piling up. After 45 minutes I was the second car in line so I was stuck and couldn't leave. Then I rang the button and got... "you have one customer in front of you. I watched through the window 3 maybe 4 I think get taken care of. What a mess. Poor people standing just waiting and waiting because this one lady was so slow she took 6 minutes to verify me for a script drop off. Then another 4 minutes to type and tell me to come tomorrow after 11am. If you don't have a person to do the drive thru. Then close it! Don't have us waiting an hour!

This Walgreens is very busy but it doesn’t effect the customer service. The techs and pharmacist are always ready to help, you may have to be patient until they can get to you. I’ve never seen them standing around, they’re always backed up to getting meds out. I’d give them 5 stars for service and 3 for speed but it’s worth the wait.

Terrible service from the last 6 months of being forced to use this place. Counter service and drive through are equally bad. No one will answer phone or call you back.

Went in for a passport photo. The gentleman at the photo counter was of great assistance. He gave me some suggestions and tried to help. I wasn't supposed to wear a white shirt, but I was on my way to work and all I had was a white shirt. He looked through the whole store to find a darker shirt so that photograph wouldcome out properly. Very friendly.

this place is super clean and the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. i had a very nice experience there!
