September 2024 by Anonymously “AY” Yours
my recent experience at your Walgreens location, specifically regarding the service I received from one of your employees, Anisha.
During my visit to use my benefits card associated with my disability, I encountered an unpleasant interaction with Anisha. On several occasions, I have experienced her unprofessional demeanor, which has made my visits uncomfortable.
On my latest visit, I moved a cart that was blocking my access to a product I needed. Anisha approached me with an unfriendly attitude, questioning why I moved the cart and suggesting that I should have chosen a different item. When I explained that I was using my over-the-counter benefits, she made assumptions about my age and questioned how I obtained my benefits card. I found her comments intrusive and irrelevant to the situation.
It is disheartening to witness such behavior, especially in a customer service role. I believe that all customers deserve respect and kindness,
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Walgreens due to a serious violation of my HIPAA rights. An employee Anisha disclosed which not only breached my confidentiality but also left me feeling vulnerable and disrespected. Walgreens as privacy is of utmost importance. I am considering legal action due to this violation and hope that Walgreens will take the necessary.
She is an unstable creature!!!

The only reason why I gave it a star is because at least another employee tried to remedy the atrocious customer service I received for apparently disturbing her cart rolling duties. As I wait for her to open the lock case to get laundry detergent. She #1- walks up to where I am standing, says nothing, then reaches across me to press a button. Still just standing there, I let her know that i needed to get a container. Her response to me was, “It’s three of ‘em up there.” (Like what?!!!! ) I just refuse to spend my money anywhere where I have to endure attitude with my customer service!! All the (lack of a better word) had to do was #1- at least say can I help u, and #2 -after I explained what I needed, then just open the case. My stance is that if you don’t want to work with the public, stay your tail home

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the service I received from your location. It has been over a week, and I still do not have my medication due to negligence and repeated errors made by your staff.
On 09/03/2024, I called to transfer my medication from CVS to Walgreens, as Florida Blue switched providers. I provided my correct information, and I was informed the transfer would take 24-48 hours, which I accepted. However, when I followed up on 09/05/2024, I learned that the information had been incorrectly taken—your staff used my mother’s details instead of mine, despite me clearly providing my name and date of birth. No one reached out to inform me of the mistake.
I provided my information again, and I was told the transfer would be processed. However, on 09/08/2024, I called again and was met with the same person who originally made the mistake. She was dismissive and rude, cutting me off mid-conversation. Despite my repeated efforts to correct the error, she continued to use my mother’s information. At one point, she hung up on me. I then visited the store in person, only to find out that the transfer still hadn’t been done, despite the tech having left the correct information for the staff to complete it.
This is completely unacceptable. It has been over a week, and I am still without my medication. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability poses a serious risk to my health. If my condition were life-threatening, this delay could have had catastrophic consequences.
I asked for the name of the manager to file a formal complaint and was given a random name, further showcasing the lack of professionalism at this location. I chose this pharmacy due to its proximity to my home, but the service I have received is far from acceptable.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that no other customer faces the same negligence. This location is failing to provide the essential services it is meant to deliver, and it should be shut down if such poor service continues.

This Walgreens never had my prescription ready and it always takes them 2 hours to get it ready. They just don’t care and it can be seen in their attitudes. It’s always a double trip to that Walgreens for my prescription. Mind you my doctor send it yesterday at 10am.

Horrendous man. Good luck ever talking to anyone at the pharmacy. Literally will wait an hour every time to end up talking to some super rude person who doesn’t help you.

My daughters prescription was sent there the 25th, Walgreens said they placed the order on the 26th of March, couple days go by my wife called them asking for an update and she said they were out of stock of the medication. So today 04/03 she called them again asking for a update she said they still haven’t received it, my wife asked if they can reach out to the dr to let them know and to transfer it. WALGREENS told my wife “they can’t call the provider you have to” , we call the dr and the dr says “no Walgreens is supposed to call us so we know they don’t have it and we can get the medication to another Walgreens that has it” so there’s some confusion going on here at Walgreens and there policies and what the employees know. Can’t even call a CHILDS Dr to inform the Dr that THEY don’t have what the Dr ordered. How does that make sense?.. so much for “customer service”.

Takes at least 10 days to deliver. Pharmacy staff (especially am) is the absolute worst. Worst of their chain or any chain. Unbelievable lack of professionalism.i have NEVER got a Rx filled where there wasn't a problem.
