“We absolutely love this vet. They totally know us and our 4 animals they take care of. They have been one of the most flexible and communicative vets I have ever worked with. Since we live so far away, I have been able to send pics of animal concerns to get an idea if I need to keep an eye on something or bring them in to be seen. “We took our little Itsy in because her incision from being spayed opened up that was done by another physician. We couldn't get in to see the vet who did the surgery. They saw Itsy even though she was never seen there before. Everything was okay. No infection. We couldn't take any chances with our little Itsy. She is precious. This was our first visit at Summit Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. This place was the cleanest veterinary hospital I have ever seen. The people were so kind. Every single person was exceptionally kind. Dr Demi (I can't remember her last name) was excellent, Barbara at the front desk, Tara & we met Marcos & Jasmine (I hope I got her name right) were so friendly & kind that we felt we knew them for a very long time. I have nothing but praise for the Summit Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. We are so happy we found them. Thank you to all the staff. Definitely a five star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!”

I cannot thank dr oberto enough as she diagnosed my dog with a spleen tumor that came out know where. Unfortunately it happen so quick my dog Harley a westie had to be put down after 11 years. Her staff and the dr was very companionate and so heartwarming. Thanks dr and staff for that.”
“We've been taking our fur babies to Dr. Victor his wife and staff for many years. I recently had our 12 year old pup, Penny in for an emergency hysterectomy. They brought her through, as usual, with love, compassion and skill. We trust them without question and as long as we have pets, that is who will be handling their medical needs. Skilled hands, loving hearts and abundant knowledge! Only the best for our little ones.”
“We had to take our 12 year old black cat named Kingston to a vet. He is an awesome cat except for when we have to take him to the vet and we don’t have any idea how he knows where he’s going to but somehow he just knows. And he acts like he’s possessed. So of course we warn them about how he acts. I’m so glad that we found Dr Michelle and her staff from the minute we got there everything went great and of course Kingston made us out to be the ones who were crazy. And I loved that Dr Michelle has a dogs entrance and the other side is for cats. I loved how everyone that worked there was great. So I highly recommend West Palm Animal Clinic.”
“I love this place! The staff are all nice. Please see attached Pic. This is Kevin, he is one of the kindest employees there. You can tell by how he is administering the medications to my puppy. He has been the same caring person since the first day we met him. You are greeted by his smiling face and he will always be caring and informative. The vet is really knowledgeable and answers all questions we have. He is also very real and honest. His treatments have ben accurate and effective.
We got my puppy's ears cropped here as well and it was excellent. (See pic). They have a very specific procedure that you need to follow to ensure that you receive the best results. The incision was perfection and no signs and symptoms of infection if you follow their specific instructions. My puppy didn't even need to have his ears banded after the sutures were removed.
I trust this place with my puppy. If there was anything negative to say, it would be how busy it gets sometimes. However, your pet still gets individualized care and you never feel rushed despite the volume. If this is your first time there, don't let the volume deter you from the quality care they are giving. Give them a try. Keep up the great work guys! I really appreciate you for making this a safe space for my puppy to get great care.”
“I can’t express my gratitude for how Alfonso, the vet, and his father cared for my sick cat. I got the appointment for the next day. They checked everything during the visit and made me and my pet feel comfortable. I got all the time I needed to ask questions, and they even called me on a Sunday to give me the bloodwork results. They were highly professional, loving, and caring with my old cat.
I never had a better experience ever.”

“My 11 yr old Shepherd Mix " Shadow" was seen today by Dr.DeRooy, and although my dog seemed nervous he was very well behaved. He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. DeRooy was very informative and I think we found our new Vet! Recommend to anyone -well worth the visit! Thank you!!”

“The DR here repaired a tear in my Baby Cat’s 3rd eyelid (a wound she received from a crazy stray) in (and I’m not at all kidding) 3-5 minutes tops. They even worked us into their schedule earlier than they originally wanted to because of the emergency nature of the wound, and then we get the bill……
And it was unbelievably low, way lower than I thought it would!!! I was blown away!

“Such an amazing staff, very informative and caring. They helped our Sladie when we didn't know what was going on with her skin. Treated her as much as they could and gave us a referral for a specialist. We have recently been back to treat fleas/ anal glands and they were incredibly fast, eliminating most of the stress on a once ferral kitten. Side note, decorations are on point lol”

“Back in 2000 when I was living in Palm Beach County, I got a promotion that meant I would be traveling a lot. My wife insisted that we get a "barking alarm system" (her words) and my only request was that the dog had to get along with our (then) three cats. If there was the slightest problem, the dog goes back to the shelter. Cats were here first. So I walk in the door after a trip (to Caracas, Venezuela if you must know) and the dog is there. My boy, the senior cat, jumps up on the counter. He gets my attention, looks at me, looks at the dog, looks at me, and then SMACKS the dog hard on the nose. Poor Baby (yes, we called her Baby) yelps and goes running off to her crate. And my boy looked at me and with his expression said, "And that's how it's going to be." And it was. Baby was never a problem. She knew that she was never going to be the alpha in the house but wow, did she guard. A Belgian Mallinois (like a German Shepherd), she was protective as heck with a deep growl, a tremendously scary bark and while we never saw her bite, it was clear that she would kill to defend her pack. We lost Baby in 2011 but continue to support the mission of Peggy Adams. Even though we haven't lived in Florida since 2001, they're still on our regular donation list, to honor our wonderful Baby.
