Interested in hearing the phone ring until you are eventually disconnected? Call USPS on Okeechobee Rd. Oh I know, it's because of COVID. I bet global warming is because of COVID too. Any other excuses?

Never in my life have I ever talked to such a rude old man. I called to ask how to obtain my mailbox key. And he told me to call a locksmith. John needs help with social skills. They say with age comes wisdom. But it seems to me hes just miserable and hates his job. Loves to hang up on customers. I will be filing a complaint on that unprofessional rude old man to Louis De Joy!!

They are COMPLETELY RUDE! The "Manager" hung up on me before I could even get an answer on why or where my package is! Highly unprofessional and glad I don't live down there to have to deal with him in person. ? You're a disgrace to the postal service!

Alexis, helped me every way possible. I noticed she treated challenging customers with dignity and respect. She has great customer service. I would recommend her in a supervisor position or manger position. She is very loving and goes above and beyond.
