We've experienced delightful & genuine kindness, consistently from all the staff members located at THIS UPS.Especially with the most courteous assistance of all UPS we've known, Richard. He is always thoughtful, from the very first time he had helped us.... It feels like a decade ago.Sweet, gentleman Jean V. diligently devotes himself at UPS & goes out of his way to take great care of his clients with tender compassion & detailed competence. He is truly loyal to his profession. Jean quietly, but heavily values how his customers feel & how well we've been taken care of.This UPS store has always been classy clean & smoothly organized. This location is & has been the most pleasant UPS store experiences we've encountered. That's why this is our favorite UPS store. ?

Customer service is horrible. The manager is simply rude. He couldn't help track a package that I had tracking number for. Manager simply seemed like he has no interest in helping his customers and doing his job. Unless management service.

I come here pretty often and I can confidently say that I do appreciate their service here. When I come in, i'm usually serviced by Alyssa and I can tell that she is very competent in what she does.

GREAT customer service. Jean went above and beyond for me. I was about to be late to pick up a very important package. He helped me with directions and waited on me because he knew that I was flying out of town the next day.I will bring all of my UPS business to this location from now on.Thank you Jean!!! You are amazing.

Jean viel is the worst person I’ve dealt with when shipping packages. He had an attitude with all the customers and could not even tape a package. Never coming here again.

I put in a print order and when I came in to pick it up, they said no one at the store knew the log in to print, only his uncle did and left for the day already. So useless. The next closest UPS is 20 minutes away and I have to go back home and place a new order *hoping* the next location is competent enough to know how to simply print basic 8.5x11 copies: They asked me to come back the next day for a refund. Not even worth to drive back for the $3 refund.
