I find it SHAMEFUL that this place charges 5$ for the simple fact of SENDING an email of the documents you need to print. What is the point of this charge? I would really like to know, because it seems to me that they want to take advantage of the customer. It doesn't make any sense.

I’ve been using UPS for years and typically email my label in store and print. This store charges $5 (!!!) to email the label to the store and then another $1 to print the label. I’ve never had a $5 charge for simply emailing a label to UPS. There are no signs indicating this charge anywhere. Staff was rude when I asked about the charge. Won’t come back to this location.

Derek, Maurice, Sheena, and Betsy are the dream team! Customer service is impeccable. Even when the line is out the door, the phone is ringing, someone needs something notarized, and there’s a pile of packages behind them, they always make people feel seen, heard, and we’ll taken care of. Whenever I am doing something ending in ING, I know that store1226 will help me get it done!

Legit spent the last 30 minutes here being nickeled and dime. They focus on trying to charge you no matter what and while they feed you a bunch of garbage about the return process. I have been to several UPS stores I have done several Amazon returns and they try to tell me that, and never is instant notification that Amazon received a package when again I’ve been to several locations highly recommend you go out swear or you will have to pay extra money to do something that’s free at any other UPS location

Very unpleasant staff. When I questioned a fee on an Amazon return, I was treated with sarcastic responses. We had some unpleasant exchanges and the employee actually chased me out of the store yelling at me.

All three staff members that were working today were the friendliest people I have come across in a long time! They were quick, efficient, and extremely kind. We need more people like them everywhere!

They destroyed a return and laid blame on me for damages in that I did not buy enough insurance. Regardless, they failed to recognize a store worker did the packing called me a n d explained his mistake. The parcel d I d not leave the store. Manager was rude and defensive. They should sell. Spend a few mins go to The island.
