Excellent customer service. Hosein was very helpful and as soon as you entered the store he warmly greated you. He was very helpful in recommending the best hair to purchase and he also honored the discount even though it had just expired. I will surely return to that store to give them my business. Keep up the good work guys!

Store is cluttered and whoever was working that day, needs a lesson in quality customer service. Customers should be greeted upon entering and asked if they need help finding anything, especially if it’s a customer they’ve never seen before. I needed help trying to figure out which braiding hair to buy and when I asked for help, the girl working there was on her phone and gave me attitude as if I was bothering her for asking a question. I definitely won’t be spending anymore money here again. Very RUDE!

This store is annoying and time inconveniencing online it said it closes at 9 pm and on the stores door it says that too but they end up closing early and is always rushing their customer YOUR STORE CLOSES AT 9 not 7

Every time I go to this store, there a man out front eyeing you with suspicion. I’ve never see him do anything. The only reason I go back is the black lady who is very helpful but who is overworked because nobody else seems to know anything. This past Sunday, my mom was in the store and overheard the guy out front berating and verbally abusing the overworked lady with some f... booms in front of the customers. I am not going back and call on all self-respecting women to do the same
