There are so many exclusions from the $5 rewards coupons that it feels like a scam. Not much of a reward if we can't use it. I will begin shopping elsewhere.

I have been Ulta loyal customer for the past 10 years.I have an issue with my account, store manger Richard has been very patient, kind, courageous, helpful and professional to solve the issue. This Ulta store is always so clean, neat with a welcoming atmosphere. It reflects what a super leader Richard is.

Haylee was amazing and extremely kind and patient with me. Had a $100 gift card to spend and had no idea where to even start, I asked her to color match me (she is sooooo good!) Patiently took me different spots of the store to try different brands, she’s very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I also dealt with a few other girls and they were so nice too!!! Just such a pleasant experience overall. I haven’t been inside an Ulta in a whileeeee but my next stop is the salon, I totally need a good haircut (my hair is crazy, haven’t had a cut in a while). It’s really hard to find someone that will do a good job, and the girls spoke very highly of the salon so I am excited to give it a try soon. Will take a before and after and update my review.
And in regards to Haylee, give this girl a raise!!!!!!!! While she was helping me, about 5-6 people came up to her to ask her brief questions and she was kind to them, and graciously was able to multitask and get everyone’s questions answered. Employees like her, rarely exists anymore, people come in, collect a paycheck but don’t really enjoy their job. If she was in the dental field I would have snatched her in heartbeat!

Worst experience with the curbside pickup. Waited 30 minutes and no one came out! Completely frustrated and will NEVER go back to this location. Full of incompetent people obviously!

I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and have seen a huge decline in the organization and stock. They never have what I need (i tried multiple stores, multiple times), and when they do, the coupon they sent is expired by one day and they will not honor it. I use only Ulta brand makeup but will now be changing to something else. I hate shopping at Ulta now!!!!!

I normally don’t like writing reviews but today I giving this a two star rating. I don’t shop here but today I came to pick up my friends online order and she had put my name under her order just in case she didn’t have the chance to pick it up. When I got inside the store, I was waiting for someone to assist me and this young lady ask me for the name of the order and she told me that she couldn’t give the order to me because it is not on my name and I told her that well it’s my friends order but my name is also under the alternate person and she was having a hard time understanding me like I show her the code and the ID of mines and my friend and she still didn’t want to get the order to me. I called my friend to let her know and she called the store about. I went back to the store to show her proof that my name is under her order. Then she finally lets me get my friends order. I didn’t wanted to be rude but that was the most horrible experience because I don’t think she didn’t believe me that I was telling the truth., and I let my friend know about it. I couldn’t grab the young lady name because she didn’t have her name tag on.

I got my hair done Wednesday by Jessica G. She did such an amazing job! I even missed my first appointment & she was kind enough to reschedule me for later that day. She is so proficient in color & cuts, she’s a master stylist, I have never loved a hair cut & color this much. She knew exactly what I wanted, and did it flawlessly. She is the only person who was able to get the blue out of my hair. I will definitely be going back to her, she’s my new stylist. If you are in south Florida you must go see her! Also it’s super fun to get your hair done & shop around ulta after! Thanks again Jess you are the bestttt!!!

I came into Ulta beauty and I was in such a rush, and I needed to match for my concealer, my setting powder, and a suggestion for my mascara, even though I am a make up artist with Chanel I was greeted and helped immediately by such a sweet young woman and helped me perfectly. Cali was amazing.

When I usually go to this store, I tend to have a negative experience. Workers wouldn't help or they would give me attitude.Fortunately, the last time I was there, an associate named Janelly helped me out and made shopping there a positive experience for a change. Thanks to her I was able to find what I needed with her advice and knowledge.
