Trying to return extra boxes to these people and apparently after a half an hour that was to hard of a task because of poor training.

I have always received good service here. I came at 7:30pm and they told me propane shuts down at 7: 00pm even though the store hours show it's open till 8:00. Nowhere outside or anywhere in the store did it show that propane sales will shut down at 7:00. Seems like the employees just didn't want to work outside past 7:00. Seems like customer service here is going downhill.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Couldnt tell me the dimensions of trailers available nor cost. Made me feel as i was bothering her. Transfered me mid convo. Line droped, I called back and I am currently on hold after 7 min. A total of 25 minutes to find out i can get a 6x12 for 29.99 for the day. You haul please hire better people and train them to answer the questions about the store and products that they are representing! What a waste of time!Ill be going to a different comapany.

I've called here many times and each time the woman representative on the phone is very disengaged and has a young child crying or talking in the background making it very hard to get what you need. It's just unprofessional.

Where to begin? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!When my girlfriend arrived to pick up the UHaul, the chaos of the store plus their systems being "down" led to a frustrating 30 minute wait INSIDE during the pandemic in a HOT SPOT of Southern Florida. The truck and dolly operated fine but everything after our rental was a sheer breakdown of administration, and negligence on the Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer Program. 1. We were charged for over 80 MILES WE DID NOT DRIVE. We at most drove 20 miles, even less, but this local dealer did NOT care. We had to pay the extra miles anyway. 2. We were charged for 2 DOLLIES, when we only rented ONE. Again, there was NO acknowledgement of this and we HAD to pay for 2 DOLLIES. 3. When we returned the Truck to the dealer, several homeless people were having a get-together right behind the truck as we had to sit and take photos of the truck for the after-hours turn in. 4. We were instructed to leave the keys INSIDE the truck right near the homeless party with no secure key drop-off. ANYONE could have taken the truck and done ANYTHING with it. I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again, especially use this Polo Wireless and Multi Service. I advise EVERYONE to go to a legitimate UHAUL center so you are not SCAMMED out of OVER $85 of MY HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!
