Let me start with something positive. Carla. Carla was polite, informed, helpful, personable, and understanding. The problem occurred with the delivery of the items. Unfortunately, a hurricane postponed the settlement date on the house I sold, information I was given while driving to my new state of residence. I immediately called Carla to inform her. She called back later to inform me that her bosses told her to tell me I needed to rent a storage unit in my new location because the truck had to be unloaded on the day we had specified. In addition, I would need to hire an additional mover to move my items from the storage unit to the new house. I chose to use Two Men And a Truck even though their quote was $500 and $3000 more than 2 other quotes I had received based on friends and customer reviews. I will now be paying an additional $1700. I was not offered any type of compensation. I did ask for it. I was told that they would leave the wrapping on my items so that it will take the second moving company less time moving them. This would save me money on the hourly rate the second company was charging me. Perhaps the company is good but they have no empathy or sympathy. In my opinion this is PRICE GOUGING at its worst.

I had the please of KK, Wadler, and David for a mover locally. They were polite, on time, and went above and beyond to assist me with set up and organization of my space.
I highly recommend this group for any move big or small!!!!!!

I can’t thank the Two Men and a Truck team enough for their help on this move! Huge shoutout to Carla and Demetrius for being so accommodating with some last minute audibles that were made. Benny, Wadlor, and RJ were extremely professional and took amazing care of my furniture. I highly recommend their services to anyone moving in the Palm Beach County area.

David and Nevardo (I think I spelled that correctly) helped move us into our new home. I was unable to be there during the move, but they took great care of everything and my girlfriend was extremely happy with the service. I am thankful that they were accommodating and made the move stress free for my girlfriend!
