Recently sold a unit in this building. The association team was a breeze to work with. This building is amenity rich and I would recommend buying if you want to be in a happening area.

Other than incident with the garage and several stolen items from unauthorized cars allowed to come in, management and staff are great. Overall clean public lobbies and pool decks.

I can't imagine living anywhere else in downtown Wpb, Fl . My daughter and feel very comfortable and everyone that works here have been so wonderful and kind. My two dogs are really enjoying the condominium life as well! Blessings, Deidrea Krist

Just had an awful conversation with the front desk receptionist ... think his name was Gerard or something with a G ... he was extremely rude the way he spoke to me I've never been so disgusted in my life. I would never walk back in this place if they paid me.

The condo association and residents make complaining about everything from parking your car perfectly between the lines in the garage to sipping water out of a plastic cup at the pool or the color of your patio furniture reasons to report you to management. Management makes up pretend rules to fine and send violation letters. Then they will make up lies about you and tell them to other residents & your guests!
