Usually go to Trulieve location on Military Trail and Cherry Street and have always had a good experience, but for convenience went to the location on Okeechobee. My "team member" was clearly unhappy with my request to assist me in choosing a quantity to fit my substantial budget, explaining that he "needed a point of reference" and could not help me. He kept looking at his watch. I explained that this was never a problem before and he reluctantly agreed to help me. It was an unpleasant experience and for the amount of cash I was willing to pay, felt completely dissed.

This was hands down the most ridiculous and worst experience I have had at a dispensary l,my father and I where in the dispensary two days ago,I am his legal caregiver and they checked me in so we all could go over the menu,my father got a half ounce of alien labs and was told he could use his discount on anything that was full price and we enjoyed are visit,two days later I come by and try to use the same discount but on my account and was told I could ,the bud tender grabbed the alien labs and my roll on flower proceeds to check out and calls the same manager from two days ago to do the deal,they then tell me I can not do that and the manager did not do that for my father when there is full documentation in the computer and I have a receipt showing it was done,so the manager lie right to my face and said they did not do that and won't honor any deal because they would get in trouble and told me my deal was no good anymore.

Trulieve is overcharging it's patrons. They charge a $3 fee automatically when you pay with a debit card, then the same address from the POS machine at their location charges you another $2.50 additional which then adds up to $5.50 in fees. This is illegal.

Always a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. That neighborhood feel when you are on a first name basis! I would definitely recommend to all new visitors or card holders. The staff makes the process so seamless! Thanks Trulieve for always exceeding my expectations!

Even with pick up orders they still make you sit down and wait for about 15-20 min. Feels like I’m waiting for a doctor to see me. ??♂️ it’s good smoke, but it seems the staff don’t have urgency for other people trying to pick up and go. Wish they had a drive thru like other dispensaries do. Bummer!
