Complete trash, they have lost my items multiple times. First time I was at least able to repurchase the set, the second time they lost my items which was 3 pieces the store doesn't even exist anymore and I can never get the outfit back, which I wore when I got engaged. They reimbursed me pennies for what I paid. Needless to say coming from someone who has had multiple clothing items gone missing, go somewhere else, I already have found a new family owned dry cleaner in town.

Tropical is a cleaners you can relied on. I visited two others in the area to have my girl dress cleaned on a Thursday needed for Saturday. The dress was ready the next day.

With 2 days before the wedding- frantically went from dry cleaners to cleaners all over WPB. Found topical cleaners with help of boyfriend. As we pulled up I thought they will say the same thing "next week" To our surprise they said yes. Then I signed the waiver for the embroidered beading. So reluctantly I signed then took my pictures( see below). Got the dress back next day- WOW WHAT A SURPRISE TO SEE IN AS IS AND CLEANED!!! Pictures speak volume!

I have used these guys for the last 4 years despite friends warning me off. Their location is very convenient and, until now, I have not had any problems. Everything changed this holiday season. When I unbagged my sports coat that I had planned to wear to a party Christmas Eve, I found that they had mangled the buttons in the dry cleaning process. Of course I was annoyed but assumed that they would make it right. Not only would they not fix problem, they claimed that they can't be held responsible for the buttons on garments. REALLY?? They are not going to be in business very long if they won't stand behind the quality of their work, particularly for a loyal, long standing customer. I am done with them.

I think that they do a reasonably good job I have not had any problems with them. Their prices are fair. The clothes are ready on time and there have been no problems at all.

This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have ever experienced. If you live in Palm beach, I encourage not to patronize this business. They are infamous for losing clothing, ruining expensive items and not taking accountability. Yes, the breakers uses them but I'm certain that is short-lived.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I've had hundreds of pieces of clothing cleaned here and have referred countless friends & clients as well. Never again will I make that mistake. They ruined a new $600 Balmain top and were adamant that they "never even cleaned it because a release was never signed." They never asked me to sign a release, accidentally sent the leather through their traditional dry cleaning process rather than sending it out and then denied doing just that while the leather disintegrated in my hands as a result of their wrongdoing (all while requesting payment for ruining the top).While Debbie & Claudia have always been extremely helpful and polite over the years, they really missed the mark here. I'm so saddened by this and urge anyone considering sending any article of clothing here to think twice. Avoid at all costs!Service: Alterations

Understand shortened hours due to current issues but to close up before the shortened hours and refusing to take service is utterly insane. When I called from the drive way at the facility, the guy said they already closed the register? It wasn’t even time yet. Not reliable and certainly not professional. This is not the first time...will be looking elsewhere to give LY business.

Took a jumpsuit for alterations, didn't write down the price on the ticket. When I went to pick it up it was over 50 dollars, they said they had told me, which they didn't. I told them I wasn't coming again and they discounted six dollars . Dishonest business never coming again
