sue is the only good one there. with her I was on hold for 3 minutes. before her i had called and was put on hold by somebody sounded like rob or john he said . When they picked up they said please hold and slammed me down to hold before i could respond and after I waited 10 minutes no body picked up.

My company have been doing business with Tropic Supply for over 12 years, and they are one of the best. Very knowledgeable staff with great customer service skills. Management is also great!!
