And they usually have some sort of sales going on when I go there. I also like that they send me a text whenever there is sale or promotion going on! “Anything this store is so awesome!! They packed so much into this tiny little hole in the wall. When you walk in, it’s an explosion of colors and Pokémon. They sell plushies, stickers, posters, statues, puzzles, games and of course Pokémon cards! They have a calendar with events and classes. I saw a mixture of adults and children customers. There are at least three big picnic tables inside for trading or battles. I took my 7 year old son there as a surprise 2 weeks ago, and he has asked me every day since to go back!I can’t wait till I have the opportunity to bring him back to Blast. It was so cute and awesome ?”

“I stumbled upon Kelsey Vintage Goods during the Rust Market, a vintage flea market held on the third Saturday of every month. They are a sponsor of the market and on that day their store overflows out onto the sidewalk and they even had a $5 bargain table. The name of the store comes from the fact that when Lake Park was founded in 1923, it was named for the town founder Harry Seymour Kelsey who was the 40-year-old president of Waldorf Systems, Inc. He moved from Boston to Florida create and develop Kelsey City as a resort winter playground.Inside the store was the coolest eclectic mix of vintage signs, vintage Florida souvenirs, cameras, toys, license plates, bottles, home goods, clocks, and Stars Wars memorabilia. I especially loved the vintage Halloween and Christmas decorations. The space was packed with all kinds of interesting things to look at. This is exactly the kind of store I can get lost in for awhile.”

“I was very impressed with the added parking lot security on Monday and Tuesday night when I was there. I haven't been back since last year, I was very nervous leaving here in the past shady people in the lots sometimes but the new added security is a huge plus. I was a little nervous and Jon the security guard made sure I got to my car ok. Thank you for a great experience back to Blackbeard's. Will definitely be back soon.”

“I must say, this Build-A-Bear workshop is absolutely amazing! Despite the occasional rush, the experience of creating your own furry friend is totally worth it, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Even though it's an hour's drive from my place, I always make the trip because the quality of their stuffed animals is exceptional, and the scents last for a whopping two years! On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable and well-spoken young lady who even gave me three gift cards! The staff are just amazing and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I know it’s considered a kids’ thing, but trust me, it’s an experience that everyone should have. Needless to say, I absolutely love it! ?”
