If I could give it negative I would. I was in a car accident and the “doctors” at this moneymaking business STRONGLY STRESSED that I need to have a vertebrae in my neck very close to my brain replaced with a replacement. I was very scared and the way they framed it it was do or die. The nurse called, the doctor called repeatedly. I was told the doctor is # 2 in the country for this. From the beginning there was no way I was gonna let them get close to my brain and my spine! They were totally in it for the money $$. I know this because it a few years later and I’m doing fantastic. Even a few day after they suggested this I was in pain but not so much that I would consider a serious surgery. I could have had permanent debilitating damage. To me this is malpractice but I’m not a lawyer so who knows. I can’t stress enough to get a second and third opinion. The entire staff was pushing me to do the surgery. I’ve been around the medical community long enough to know it’s a FOR PROFIT business and this place was greedy. They were willing to potentially paralyze me for pay check.This is the exact truth. This is only my experience and you may have a better outcome. I wish you well but think twice or three times before you trust these salespeople.I find it very questionable all these 5 star reviews addressing other reviews and complaints. No 3 or 4 stars basically only 5 stars. I would not trust any of those reviews. This is a place that lawyers send their clients to fudge their diagnosis. This is just my personal opinion but I think it’s correct! Be very careful!

I have been going to Total MD for over fifteen years. I AM glad to have the team as my caregivers. They keep up with my yearly physicals and tests. They are efficient, they do follow up and check in if there's any problems that needs monitoring. The staff is very courteous and professional and shows empathy. Keep up the amazing work Total MD.

I cannot believe I have not written a review about this office yet. I've been going to Christina Simpson for 3 years and for 3 years I have been referring anybody that needs a doctor to this office. They honor your appointment time, they're flexible, they're polite, they're helpful. They have late hours and are open on Saturdays. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

I am filing a complaint for insurance fraud, medical fraud, and double billing. They tried to black mail me to pay a balance to receive care today. This was supposed to removed from my account as my insurance was billed for services never rendered. I have proof of the complaint that I filed with my insurance company several years ago they are still holding onto. BEST PART they sold it to a collections agency who could not collect anything because it was illegal, so illegal when they called I sent them paperwork and they sent me a letter that it could not be collected. The *Doctor* who put this in my chart is not even with them anymore. Clear and blatant federal offenses. I tried to call the main office and never got to have a conversation with anyone as I was placed on an immediate hold, I gave up up 20 minutes on hold. If they try and steal from people do you trust their medical advice?

Great first experience. Tristian at the front desk got me signed in and into a room in the back quickly. Dr Anna Adamczyk has great bedside manner and addressed my cold appropriately. Will return to this location in the future.

Wow!!!! So refreshing to be able to be seen by a Dr. And get proper one on one care. That wasn't rushed. They were definitely busy today and I was a new patient,that just walked in. The Whole staff was a Breath of fresh area. Honestly, very professional but yet personal. Love the positive attitudes from them All. A blessing for me. THANK YOU??

Excellent office I am a new patient establishing care with the providers. the front desk Ariana and Tristan were very helpful with changing my insurance situation. The provider I seen Dr. latonya very pleasant and wonderful. check out all also was very helpful Maria and Joanna was also wonderful and I would recommend this office for primary care to everyone.

I want to say this place is awesome. Always available and the employees are kind. Thanks to Ariana, Maria and the best Vampire lol Carmen! I did warn her I didn't had the best experience when it comes to Labs in other doctors offices since it's always hard to find my blood and Carmen did it in seconds and we even laugh about it, really kind lady. Thank you ladies you all 3 made my day. ? Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I got sent from my primary location of Okeechobee to this location and I couldn’t be happier about it. At first, I was very frustrated because I felt that every time I would go to my primary doctor they would always state that their urgent care was closed even though I was their patient. So today I traveled 30 minutes away from my house to go to this location and I would travel the distance anytime. Their reception staff was personable, caring, sweet and understanding, and welcome you with open arms that they would take care of me. Maria, Tristen, andMargarita made such a great impression on me, where they took me in with open arms. Even the nurses and doctors were so understanding and open to any questions. They all are so thorough and anyone could tell they care about their own patients and obviously others patients too. But I found my perfect fit for a doctors office! Thanks to all the staff of total md on forest hill!!

I am never disappointed by this office . They work fast , effectively and they are all very nice. I talked to Vi today who booked my follow up appointment and she is very comprehensive. I went to another Dr for a few months and I came right back to them because they serve better .

Everyone is very nice and efficient. Dr. Debby makes you feel right at home and is so sweet. The front desk crew is awesome and amazing and very professional.
