I think that the store should open earlier than 11am I think that is ridiculously late. But other than that I like this store because I order online and go right there and pick it up!!!! They are a little short staff but it’s not their fault they do the best they can and I love the clothes and shoes❤️

Very dirty, the floor was covered in trash and debris. It is also very poorly lit.Most clothes are for up north such as jackets, sweaters and pants. Very small section of onesies.

Doesn’t matter if you order on line or just come in store to make your purchase, either way you are going to be waiting a very long time. Only 2 people working with a line wrapped around the back of the store. They have to do better

School shopping went terribly wrong. They wouldn't accept returns of socks that were of very poor quality because they had been worn. Well, they had been "tried on" and yes, had a slight slight yellow, however they were of such poor quality that they ripped, and they didn't want to take them back because they couldn't sell them??? Yes, you shouldn't be selling those socks, they're terrible quality and ripped without even being worn. Then the girl at the register told me I was NOT doing a good job as a mother. I've never been spoken to like this EVER. The store looks like a bomb went off. What a disaster. Avoid this place. Unless you like getting insulted and accused of being a bad parent, then it's the place for you!

I really didn't appreciate your staff following my family like we were criminals. We spent $200 in your store, although I appreciated the service I received from your cashier who went looking for a size for me when I asked. That is not a way to make your costumers feel welcomed. My husband was very upset by this. We love everything we got but the microagression is unacceptable. Do better. That's all.

Very incompetent management team ! Alba hangs up phone when questions are too complicated and refuse to resolves any issues and states she called her “store manager “ & he’s clueless too ! This is by far the worse children place I’ve ever encounter. Please hire a more competent , customer service focused crew ! This is the second time this store is telling me my order is not there !(Although delivered & confirmed ) If they clean the mess around the store maybe they can find customers orders delivered there ! Please DO NOT trust this store with your online orders ! “ We can’t find it , is always their Excuse !

This store is a mess, mountains of clothes piled everywhere. The customer service even worse after waiting in line the cashier tells me there is only one line. There was no one in either line when I got there. When I go to this one line customers that came after me were now going before me. There are no signs anywhere stating there is only one line. I came to pick up an online order to save 10% from my total. That was a mistake next time I’ll pay full price and avoid this store.

The 3 girls working at the register tonight between 6:50-7:03 (pull the cameras) were the 3 rudest girls I’ve ever experienced in retail store. With millions of people out of work and struggling to find jobs these girls do not deserve theirs.

I came into return an online order and the card reader was not working. The manager refused to give me cash and told me I could only get store credit. Why would I get store credit if I had my receipt and card it was purchased on????

Poor customer service and the store is always a mess. I have been shopping with children’s place for quite some time and this is by far the absolute worst. Whenever you walk in whether it be morning or late evening the store looks like a tornado tore through. No one greets you or offers assistance when you walk in the store. Heck they barely mumble the amount of the cost for your purchase. Management in store is no better. They don’t greet you or offer assistance for anything. They also have a bad habit of stating that you didn’t pickup your mobile order when they really probably never looked for it and don’t want to put it was out of stock because it’s likely that in that junk of a mess that the item was there. Will definitely be looking for other alternatives vs going to this location

Your website is painstakingly slow. It takes forever to do anything on the website or app. It wont accept my rewards coupons. Guess ill be doing my kids holiday shopping elsewhere

Apparently you only get greeted if you're Hispanic or white. Whoever was in charge of the store the time I went in, followed me around by pretending to organize items that were obviously ALREADY folded. I don't get the vibe of 'we do not want you here' from the Wellington store at all. Even though this location is closest to my residence, I will NOT be going back.
