I loved our stay, but they never cleaned the room over a three-day stay, after asking multiple times.

The Ben is amazing. Elena, the Director, made our stay simply perfect. The staff is friendly, the food is impeccable, the hotel itself is unparalleled- clean and has a great location. Wonderful visit!

All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. And the hotel is very stylish. I will say that a little more attention could be paid to housekeeping — there were some marks on the wall and dirt/lint visible on the vents, but nothing that made me feel like the room was “unclean.” But the reason I’m writing is to warn of the interior rooms — I was picturing something like “facing an interior courtyard” but instead what it means is “facing a concrete wall.” So those rooms don’t really get sunlight and are kind of depressing. It was fine for me to be out of the room all day, but if I was here for a beachy vacation, I’d be sad.

My recent stay at was absolutely wonderful. I did experience a small hiccup during the visit, but Adam, the manager, quickly stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of with exceptional professionalism and care.
I want to give a special mention to some of the incredible staff who made my stay so memorable: ✨️Jerosha, ✨️Yoan, ✨️Aline, ✨️Michael, ✨️Victor, ✨️Tralonda, ✨️Lionel, and ✨️Prince. Each of them went out of their way to ensure I had a fantastic experience.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor that creates a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The food was phenomenal—every meal was a true delight, thanks to the talented culinary team. While a few younger valet members could use some guidance on opening doors, this was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.
I can't wait to return and book another stay at this gorgeous property!

Attended event for One Sothebys Realty. Hotel was lovely and very stylish. Great place for an event. Restaurant is great place for birthday party or wedding dinner.

I recently stayed at The Ben Hotel in West Palm, and I must say, it was a top-notch experience. The professional and friendly staff made me and my guest feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness and service levels were exceptional, surpassing even those of the current Ritz, imo. The location is perfect for both relaxation and exploration, offering a serene environment with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend The Ben for anyone looking for an outstanding and relaxing stay!

We absolutely LOVED The Ben. It has the best concierge service and a style all its own. I have never had this level of comfort and service before (that includes Ritz and other top level hotels). I will definitely book The Ben for my next trip to West Palm. Top notch all the way around.
