No use of Restroom policy! Restroom is for employees only! Regardless if you are a customer or not. You call this a friendly neighborhood bank? Terrible way to treat good customers. Shameful

Wouldn’t let an account holder use restroom, excuse Covid. Makes no sense at all. So our bladders have to be turned off cause of Covid

Worse banking experience ever. All i wanted to was close my account, they tell me that there are pending transactions so i have to wait. I withdraw all my money and call in the next day to close the account. they tell me that i have things still pending. I want 2 more days call back and now the agent said i have an overdraft fee i need to pay to i can close it. I explain that I've been trying to close it for a while. he reverses the charge but now tells me cant close it because there is a pending reversal. I have to callback to close it another day. THE WORSE!!!

Dennis was great at getting my business account set up in a timely fashion. But before I even had an account was helping me set up my business with Sunbiz. I look forward to opening up my personal account this week with him. I also want to say the other staff members were very smart and helpful with all my questions. Looking forward to a great relationship with my bank.
