I really liked the attention, the store was very elegant, the prices were super affordable, despite the fact that they are crystal garments, they are very very beautiful, thanks to my friend Ana for her advice and training in the information of the piece.

Loved this store so much and let me tell you whyyyyy!
So I’m on vacation, trying to get some small gifts for my family! This lady rings me up, short hair, tall. Anna I believe her name was. Hannah? (Sorry I was rushing and don’t remember your name)
Very tall regal woman. Extremely charismatic.
Well she rung me up she gave me a small gift for my purchase!!!! I have been buying from Swarovski for YEARS! And I didn’t know if you spend a certain amount they give you a small gift! That was a very pleasant surprise! Not to mention how lovely this woman was throughout my whole experience! She helped me pick gifts so I didn’t have to stress too much on what I needed to get!
It’s like she knew my family.
Anyway! Next time I’m at a Swarovski’ store I’m expecting the same type of treatment.

I went into the palm beach outlets Swaravoski for the time first.
I currently reside in Miami and I recently went into the dolphins store
the service was impeccable
I went in and they greeted me and I was very content when I first walked in the palm beach store I was greeted with nothing but smiles and assured by the other employees that I could try on anything I wanted to.
I was super happy with the service until
..
a older lady took over with short hair she seemed very sorrowful the whole time she seemed very Perturbed or whenever I asked her for prices and even got more infuriated when I started trying on stuff and putting it back .
She stood next to me very closely and said ‘’do not ruin my store if you need anything I can grab it for you mam‘’
I didn’t speak up cause I didn’t want to infuriate her even more she seemed upset enough .
I needed the bracelet I bought wrapped as a gift for my daughter who is turning 25 and it’s a very special gift and she gave me a very nasty look .. never coming in here again I’m very upset at the service and would love to speak to someone .

I am increasing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because the store manager DeeDee was an absolute gem sorting this out. She went out of her way to get my contact info and I truly felt like this is being taken care of. Thank you tremendously to DeeDee for your help.

I actually went here first on my birthday to get a piece to add to my stack and left due to the terrible customer service. I went to the gardens mall and the two ladies were so lovely and helpful and wrapped my items up beautifully. One of the bracelets I bought (all items had warranty), was too big. I am not familiar with this bracelet clasp as my others have the older Swarovski clasp. So I went in to the outlet location as that is the closest one to me and walked up to the older lady for a resize. There were a few other people in the store, I said hi could I please get this resized. She grabbed my hand and took the bracelet off and in a mocking way she LOUDLY says “this is dirty you clearly aren’t taking care of it” (I purchased this bracelet 10 days prior for my birthday)….like okay?? But then proceeds to not tell me how to “take care of it” instead she berates me and tells me it’s dirty and that it doesn’t resize that’s why it has two clasps/an extender. I DID NOT KNOW THAT, NOBODY TOLD ME THAT!! Anyways she yanks my hand around and twists my arm to put the bracelet back on after she takes the extender off and the bracelet coils and causes a twist in the bracelet after she’s already twisting my wrist all around to “put it back on.” I pointed it out to her and she goes no that’s permanent now you did that yourself. I proceeded to gently move the coil and it unwounded itself right in her miserable face. I called to speak to manager today and apparently she is a manager. What a joke. I asked to speak to another manager and she immediately was like why? Girl because YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. Take your money elsewhere, this location is run by cheaps who believe they are Swarovski the stone itself. ?

I was profiled from the moment I walked in. I approached this store as my watch which was a Christmas present broke and needed to see if they could fix it. I was not greeted at the door keep that in mind, so I approached the counter and the lady there said “can I help you”? … no good afternoon, how are you, welcome.. nothing! Another elderly gentleman walked in 10 mins after me, he looked the part… the same lady welcomed him into the store from the moment he walked in and offered to assist him. Mind you, I’m a 5’8 latina woman who was dressed casually as I was walking around this outlet plaza. Same lady proceeds to tell me that Rocio would take a look at my watch and takes it to the back of the store. I was never advised to come back or wait or how long it would even take. After 15 mins of me awkwardly walking around the store I inquire if I should come back. The same lady said, no just wait Rocio has it in the back. I waited another 10 mins to then be told to comeback in an hour that they would fix it. I come back in that timeframe and I’m told that they can’t fix it because when the section of my watch fell off I lost the piece needed and they simply didn’t have the piece for that watch anymore. No apologies for making me waste my time or anything. Felt profiled and the 3 ladies at the time of the issue were rude giving me looks up and down. Never coming back to this location unfortunately!

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!!! Me and my friend walked in and asked if they can simply repair her necklace, this older lady didn’t even let my friend finish her explanation and was being very dismissive about it. So I went online and seen that they do repair necklaces so we asked again. She was being very nasty about it and calling her necklace dirty even though that had nothing to do with repairing it. After that we were looking around because we also wanted to buy something. This lady kept following us around and looking at as if we wanted to steal something. We felt very uncomfortable and we just left the store all together. We felt racially profiled and that’s not cool. I will not be coming back to this store again if that’s what they are all about.

I've been to this specific store a couple times and found it disappointing both times. The set up inside isn't very well put together (Looks like a more pricey Claire's) and the worker isn't the most knowledgeable of the collections or welcoming... The Swarovski that I actually made purchases in was in Helsinki and the worker inside was instantly welcoming and everything was so professionally put together inside... I wish this Palm Beach location could have been the same

My experience happened about 3 weeks ago, however, I am just now writing this review as I am still dealing with this situation because it couldn’t be handled at the store. I went for a guarantee exchange and the ladies were absolutely terrify to ask the manager for assistance and were going back and forth on how to handle the situation. I even offered to speak to the manager myself but i guess she was on her break and could not be bother. I asked them the name of the manager who was on her break and her name was Jena. As a manager, the least she couldve done is come out from the back office to explain or tell me when is the best time to come back… I had to file a report about the exchange through the website Since i could not do anything in store and Jena did not want to help. Never coming back here. The ladies that helped me were very sweet though
