This bra hurts one the sides where the object is to make it stand and stay strong and firm it digs into my sides, it’s pretty and will take the rolls away but it hurts. she has ok customer service, but I know what size bra I wear but she kept telling me I’m a certain size so I ordered what said said and it was to loose as I expected but she was nice enough to replace it with what I need.

Ask Suze braid assistant to communicate, apologize when she drop the ball, or else don’t bother with them.Don’t risk making a blank trip to the salon and neither are there, drop your appointment, not answer the phone, nor care to communicate before or after.

Suze is extremely unprofessional. She has no customer service skills. I had a very bad experience with her after purchasing products. She does not have accurate delivery turn around time. When I contact her for status she ignore my calls and does not reply to my text or messages.
