Markell and Jonathan came to do maintenance on my linai screens. They were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Our screens are 5 years old and Markell and Jonathan knew how to make appropriate adjustments. Highly recommend these technicians.

Our Family recently installed the roll down shutters with Storm Smart and we are VERY happy with the project. Jonathan met with my husband and myself to bid the project and was very informative and attentive to our questions. I want to share with the folks reading reviews that my experience with Storm Smart was excellent. Jeanna and Mat along with the electricians were amazing. Dedicated, hard working, pleasant to be with, finished ahead of schedule answered all my questions. Doesn’t get better than that.On the product side, looks beautiful. The anticipated privacy and sunlight is amazing. Ease of the remotes both handheld and the app adds to the wow factor.Highly recommended

Worst customer service imaginable! one star for actually having a telephone that rings unfortunately it took four phone calls until the manager actually sent someone out to see why the keys they provided did not close some of the shuttersThey never followed up to actually replace the faulty keys so basically those few shutters are useless. In addition the previous year, I noticed that one of the shutters had 3 feet of panels missing, can not possibly imagine how an installer could leave knowing that the shutters are 3 feet short.

Storm Smart does not complete projects within the promised timeline. When I call to follow up they give me the run-around and they don't usually return phone calls. I signed a contract with them for high impact windows on 3/2/23. After several phone calls and text messages they started the installation on 7/13/23. I am still waiting for them to complete the job. Six weeks later and there are still parts lying on my dining table and in other parts of the house (see pictures below). I am so frustrated with them!! I am also waiting on repairs to the Storm Screens they installed a few years ago. They have been out several times to fix the problem but to no avail. The screen will not roll down completely - stuck part way down. They are quick to write the contract but super slow to deliver. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business somewhere else.
