I was charged a higher price than quoted over the phone.
I was asked to vacate the office while she went out with customer to open the gate but invited a woman to wait inside while she went to the gate with me.
Rude people and unprofessional.

I had a pleasant experience. I am new to renting storage and Leona was very patient explaining everything and showing me different sizes that suits my needs. The process took no more than 15 minutes and she walked me thru how to enter the gate code to be sure it worked.
