Great place if you need support with shower, mail and food. Also, they help with other resources

Rude employees who don’t know how to speak with the population they serve. Patricia, the old lady with the tablet and microphone, was soooo rude to me for no reason and then had the audacity to talk about me negatively in a conversation with her co-worker which I could overhear. Wild how they can afford tablets and several security cameras but the guy told me they had no condiments for their nasty food and I should maybe get some ketchup from Burger King instead. Wow what a caring service, yeah? Money for electronics but not condiments???? I also saw them run out of breakfast which shows me they haven’t developed a system for accuracy although they’ve been open for several years. I just don’t understaaaaanddddd. We’re not allowed inside and have to eat our meals outside in the heat and there aren’t even tables to have our meal at. Moldy bread on the sandwiches (see picture). Flies and trash in the vicinity and also a bloody napkin (see picture). Grossssss! Due to these disrespectful employees, someone should stop funding this disgraceful organization because I’m sure another foundation would put the money to better use as well as be a bit more humane in such a humanitarian field. ??☮️

If someone is trying to PREVENT HOMELESSNESS and needs a letter please try another organization open to the fact that the very workers ignore this simple fact that LUCKY TO SHOWER ELSEWHERE DOESNT MEAN NOT HOMELESS AND HAVING GONE TO HOSPITAL AND EXPOSURE TO TB IS MORE THAN ENOUGH REASON TO want to shower elsewhere. The actual act of showering is IN NO WAY POSSIBLE A MEANS OF DETERMINING HOMELESSNESS NEEDS METRICS AND A STAB TO PUSH THOSE DOWN TO SHOPPING CART STATIS BEFORE THEIR UPTURNED NOSE WILL HEAR OBVIOUS REALITY. HELP ALL NOT JUST THOSE AT THE VERY BOTTOM . STOP SLEEPING IN STREET BEFORE THEY HAVE TO(STILL NO HOME BUT FRIENDS IS NOT THE WAY TO HELP PEOPLE. WRONG . This review is factual. No need to exxagerate.TRY OTHER OPTIONS THAT KNOW REALITY 4 your HOMELESS LETTER and 4 their visit to where u sleep. VERY Disappointing.

No, I do not recommend St. Ann's Place. I have contacted them more than once, with no response. I have asked them questions about residency, and they did not answer me. I know they saw my message because the automated reply says "Message read, yet they do not Respond". Please avoid St. Ann's place. They do not communicate with people.

They feed us the homeless in a very organized and caring manner. We get breakfast and lunch plus to go bags for later in the afternoon. They also provide clothing and hygiene products. Plus a shower. You can also get help with your foodstamp application and receive mail there.
