This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. I dropped two dresses off for alteration on Monday, September 30 and was told that they would be finished within a week. Upon checking the tracker multiple times following the expected due date, which on the tracker says October 7, the status was pending. I called on Friday, October 11 inquiring about my order. They said they had to wait for the alterations lady to arrive at 9:30am. They called me back seven minutes later to tell me that my order actually was ready and that I could pick it up. Then about 20 minutes later they updated the system to send me a notification that the order was ready for pickup. They refused to give me a discount for the delay, even though on the ticket that comes with the completed items, it says that the order was finished on 10/7. They even claimed that it takes two weeks for the items to be completed. They straight lied to my face and did not update the system to let me know my order was ready on 10/7. I have screenshots to prove everything, see attached. I’m giving two stars because the alterations turned out as expected but overall, I would not recommend using this company at all.

If I could leave them 0 STARS i would!
The 2 ladies working on 06/01/24 treated me horribly. I don't wish this type of service on anyone!
I came in to pick up my husband's clothes, and 2 of the shirts were stained and she had me pay for them!! Also she was handing me one of the shirts with no hanger, I asked them to please give me a hanger and they said NO, after I had paid for their ridiculous price!! Don't come here, trust me you will regret it!
Update: they have not contacted me in any way to “try and make things better”

Been using their services for a while and after the service and especially the way the employees treated me on 6/1/24 I will never be returning nor recommending anyone here. Terrible business quality and overpriced for the work received. Horrible value and service.

OmG! I have no words for what Vicky did today. It was my first time coming here. And I needed my sons graduation gown steamed. And she did it right away while I waited. Everyone here gave me excellent customer service and Jasmine at the front register made me feel welcome. If I could’ve given them 10 starts I would’ve. Thanks Vicky.

There was a stubborn stain on my skirt that other dry cleaners struggled to remove. Spartan removed it near instantly and saved my expensive linen garment! Victoria was so helpful and efficient!

Wow. I thought it would be an impossible job. I had stained 5 white shirts and 2 white pants all splotchy pink from a red paper napkin in the pocket during a washing cycle. I nearly threw everything out, but thought I should at least have a dry cleaner pronounce them “ruined” first. To my surprise, Spartan said they had a method that *might* fix it and we could give it a try, risk free. I’m not sure if they used dry cleaning or some sort of magic, but one week later, all 7 articles were brilliantly white. I’m simply stunned. A few years ago, Spartan had restored a garment for me which other cleaners couldn’t, so I knew they were good, but this time was a true miracle. They saved me hundreds of dollars in replacement costs. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.
