I went to ask questions about removing and installing a new palm tree and this family owned business was more than I expected. They were so nice, and answered all my questions. They knew I needed to get approval from HOA before making a purchase and I didn’t feel forced to make a purchase right there and then. I would totally recommend coming here.

Extremely helpful in helping my fiancé and I select our clusia. Their delivery and setup was great. There’s also an extremely cute cat in the office, very good salesgirl. 10/10

Two stars for workers asking if I needed help. Otherwise I’d give 0. Unfortunately most of their plants look bad, they’re struggling, un-pruned and have many weeds growing in them. One plant even had garbage and gloves shoved in it. Not everything has prices which makes it very challenging to shop. Everything I was interested in had no price… I didn’t want to drag all the plants to the front just to ask.

I received my strawberries today!The arrived quickly, were packaged with care, and exceptional quality. A few already had tiny strawberries. Highly recommend!

I arrived there and was surprised that all plants are outside. Most plants are very large for outside gardens. I bought something small for $5. The people are very nice but I was disappointed in the selection of small plants.

I found a beautiful selection of plants, tropical as well as native. Prices were reasonable. The gentleman was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable regarding the history and care of the plants. Highly recommend. I plan on returning very soon.

We recently stopped to lookfor some plants to line our walkway to the front door. Lion was generous with both his knowledge and time- much appreciated! Highly recommend this nursery- great selection of very healthy plants- and some really cool unique and mature ones ( like a huge corkscrew palm!).

What a gem! Incredible selection of beautiful, healthy and very well priced plants! Unbeatable, friendly and superb service. Wound up getting everything we were looking for at Southern Gardens. Forget the big box stores or bigger nurseries. Highly recommend this smaller, well stocked and attentive nursery!

Amazing, very large selection with decent prices and healthy plants. The staff was also incredibly friendly, I was even given a couple pentas for free out of nowhere! I’m so glad I stopped by today, I’ll absolutely be back!
